Been wanting to replace our stand steam iron but doubting if I should upgrade to the likes of AIO. After much consideration, I went for it because I liked the feel and the ironing result when tested in store. Ordered mine in Lazada and the delivery is very fast, in 3 days roughly. It was plastic wrapped, so was neat and secured. Tested the product using different clothing materials (used those always crumpled shirt and jacket kind), the steaming and iron combination made the creases vanish in one to two strokes. Liked so much that even the board is capable of either flat or slanted, depending on your need, which is a plus for me! It may take a while for the steaming to take effect but maybe just 3 or few minutes, which is almost the same with any usual steamer. Great ironing and steamer combination! The water tank is big and sufficient for full load of ironing/steaming. The steam is powerful enough to straighten the garment easily. The multi angle board also makes it much easier to get into the stubborn wrinkles. Adjusting the ironing board is also easy. Overall a very good buy.

The height of the iron board when laid flat is really low. Thankfully, there is a hight adjuster on it. EXCEPT that is slowly sinks down eventually reaching the knee height position. I don't know if there is something wrong with my specific locking height mechanism but regardless there is more flaws with this garbage product. The flimsy stand and short board has caused me extreme inconvenience whenever I try to iron out my smart pants. I can fit roughly 3/4 of the pants on the whole board and because of that, I end up playing a balancing game with my pants. See how much area of the pants I can fit on the stupidly small board without having to pick it up every 1 minute due to shuffling from ironing. With the wire also being able to move around, if it touches your leg after a few seconds it starts to feel hot as well. Only used for a couple of times then I experienced difficulties in trying to power on the set. Sent to service center for repair and some parts were replaced. Quite frustrating and also having problem with having constant steam
The following areas for improvement1) No instruction is given for removal of water calc after using for a period of time.2) No alert signal if water container's water level run low.3) Occasional water dripping from the steam.4) Ironing board not rigid or sturdy
Adjusting to this system is slowly getting there. The cradle for the steam head is badly placed. Moving it constantly when using as a steamer is frustrating. When using the steam in the iron position it gets in the way and the compact size of the board means it can easily be knocked off the board when manoeuvring clothes. But the part I don’t like most, that could have easily been remedied was an up to temperature beep. My previous philips steamer had this. It’s always disappointing when you upgrade just to find that it’s missing features that your previous system had. Poor design on Philips part. I expected more than I got considering the price I paid. I feel like philips could have easily made this much better.
Paying this kind of price for this item is not worth it. The steam does not really help straightening my clothing, have to iron it again which does not helps for thicker material! The power cord length is too short. The steam cord and the water tank will get hot after awhile. The button at the handle to trigger steam is always accidentally press when taking the iron from it cradle which can be dangerous if someone is nearby. The cradle is also design at the wrong locations. The ironing board is a little filmsy when you press during ironing. Also is rather small especially when ironing on pants! It comes with wheels which does not help at all which making moving around difficult.
very impress with my new iron! This iron can stands vertically and hortizontally, save alot space for me as it offers alternative to iron horizontally for my pants or vertically when handling my dresses! I would say this is a smart and space saving design. As for the iron, it is rather light, powerful and very efficient to remove the wrinkles fast without burning my garment. For the price, it is definitely worth it
Read many positive reviews but decided to check it out in our local Harvey Norman store. The dimensions are great, especially the large support area. The portable design is quite useful for cleaning our fabric lounge and kids bed etc. The large volume of steam can also penetrate many kids fabric toys. This is perhaps is the only way to clean those items in my opinion.I can see it’s not comparable to professional ironing service but it makes ironing much more enjoyable which means we will use it more often. Wife also loves how easy it is to use and how light the head is. Took me 5 mins to set up without reading the manual since I play with it a little bit at Harvey Norman.
Amazing product! It came in a big box but was super easy to assemble thanks to the clear instructions. I love that there are different angles that I could use and that it looks aesthetic. Actual ironing/steaming was also very efficient. I need not press too hard or go over the same area much. Makes ironing more enjoyable. Was previously using a Philips steam iron but this definitely tops it. Highly recommended!
