It's cheap and amazing! Easy to use, light and so simple I didn't need instructions. It made some of my shirts brand new again!!! I had destroyed brand new shirts wearing a backpack, the rubbing of the backpack caused major pilling. This device saved them and they look new again!! Highly recommended!!!!I've also used it on designer jumpers with wool and it works great!!

Bought this yesterday and save my favorite jacket!! Due to the size of it, clearly wasn’t meant for bed sheet or blanket, I don’t know what people are complaining about 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️

I'm so happy to have found this little gem! I have beautiful jackets in lovely colours that I can't find replacements for - fashions have changed. This gadget, though extremely time consuming to do the job, has shaved all the pilling off and my jackets are almost like new. I'm really impressed.You need to follow the instructions, ie use a flat surface like an ironing board as otherwise it grabs the fabric and jams up, as well as putting a hole in the fabric. But once I did as I was instructed, haven't had a problem since. When it jammed up one of the blades came free but I managed to get it back together again using 2 pairs of plyers.Buy one! You'll be very pleased you did! :-)
Just got it today and so far it works great. It’s lightweight and easy to use. Stylish looking unit. The noise level is about the same as an average facial hair electric shaver. This has a more tinny sound though. Wish the tiny brush had a longer handle to sweep out the bottom of the collection container. I did find that the fine fluff fibres stick all over the unit both inside and outside and are hard to remove with the little brush. Aside from this the shaver works well and I am hoping it lasts a long time!
When I searched before purchasing this product, I read so much about users' dissatisfaction with different brands. I came up with this product with the highest rating of satisfaction and ordered. I am super happy with the product. It does great!
This was perfect in every way until about a month ago and it stopped working. Despite trying different batteries, it will not work any more. If I squeeze the the side of it, the fan will spin round a couple of times and then stop. I'm assuming some kind of loose connection. Poor that it doesn't even last a year.

Fuzz also sticks in the rotating blades which will slow rotations per minute [RPM]. If you hear the pitch of the motor dropping (meaning slower rotation), turn it off and clean the blades. At this price, you don't want to burn out the motor.There are a few quality control and/or design flaws. The battery cover slips off with the lightest touch. The reservoir slips off quite easily too - not so great when you're shaving a jumper and fuzz flies everywhere!After a great deal of shaving (at least 6 garments and 20 minutes per garment), the motor seems to be working at a lower RPM. However this could be related to low battery power.The small brush included with the shaver is very useful at removing fuzz from crevices in the shaver head and around the blades.The two year warranty only covers manufacturing defects and not general wear. The blades-- mounted on a thin plastic disc-- feels fairly insignificant in my hands. Exercise caution when handling this as it may be prone to breakage.Overall, this is a good investment if you use it wisely, but mind the slippery covers.
I bought this based on the fantastic reviews however this did not live up to my expectations.When using it, the blade seems to ‘ride up’ so the shaving function doesn’t work. To fix, I need to turn it off, shake so the blade comes back down, then continue. It’s highly frustrating because I’m constantly doing this. I wonder if it’s faulty??
This product saved my wool sweaters. And now I use it to keep them free of those annoying lumps
