Accessories galore
Overall, I think this is a very good electric shaver with a strong motor. While it may be a one item fits all for some people, it unfortunately was not the case for me. I do think the motor is one of the strongest on the market for electric shavers which comes in handy for my coarse beard, but the lack of adjustable head makes getting the neck line pretty tricky. I do not do a close shave, so I can’t say for certain if this cuts as close as other ones on the market. For the wide blade hair accessories, I have not tried yet even though there are tons of options, the hair only comes with 4mm, 9mm, 12mm, and higher. I cut my hair very short, 3mm on sides and 6mm on top, so this will not be replacing my regular hair timers. In a bind, I could accommodate the smaller ... In a bind, I could accommodate the smaller head size if all I have with me is this shaver which may come in handy down the road. I love the ability for a wet and dry shave, but trying to shave in the shower, hair collects underneath the ridge of the trimmers, so each pass you will have to wash the hair away which is time consuming. The battery life and feel are pretty good. It’s a beefy shaver which makes me believe it will stand the test of time, though I’m uncertain with the longevity of all the plastic clip on pieces. One drop and I believe those will break making them unusable, but thankfully I have not done this yet. To sum it up, it’s a good shaver with a great motor and battery life, but some of the short comings will make me keep having to use multiple items for a complete shave/haircut.... Show more

A great design succeeds where others fail
This trimmer really does the job where previous ones from other manufacturers have been mostly a disappointment. My experience is that Philips do design some really efficient and functionally excellent products. This made ultra fast work of trimming my stubbly beard and seemed to glide through and cut in a single sweep where others have had to make numerous passes to achieve an even cut. The angled base-plate / blade foot is set quite differently to other trimmers, which somehow contrives to make it easier to use, requiring less awkward holding position. Sharp too – because of this, fine trimming is a cinch as well. Finally, just pleasing to look at! Love the satin silver finish. Feels nice in the hand.... Show more

Best One Yet
I got this because my current trimmer would no longer charge. I was looking for a trimmer with multiple functions because we travel often and I like to pack light. The trimmer handle has a nice stainless design, you don't see that much anymore. It's comfortable to hold and feels solid in your hands. You can use it wet or dry, I don't tend to use mine in the shower but it's nice to have that option. Charging is quick and the usb cable is included. The blades are self sharpening, no oiling required. I haven't had it long enough for them to be dull. The most awesome part of this trimmer for me is the all the attachments. I can't think of anything this trimmer doesn't offer. Nose and ear, adjustable guards, fading guards, guards for body, face, eyebrows and hair, extra ... I have to say I have used almost all of the attachments and they work well. There is also a bag included but that would probably be my only complaint. It's a soft drawstring bag and a structured bag would have been nice, with the amount of attachments that were included. Overall, my favorite trimmer by far. Highly recommend this one.... Show more

Decent beard trimmer.
Picked this up at Costco a few weeks ago as a back-up to my current Philips Series 5000 trimmer that I've had for 5-6 years. My only use for these trimmers is to trim my beard to as close to the skin as possible, ideally less than 1 mm. Since I'm nearly bald I don't use any of the other comb attachments. This Model MG9730 has some advantages as well as disadvantages over the older trimmer. On the plus side it's quieter and a bit smaller. It also comes with the replaceable trimmer heads which I haven't tried out yet. On the minus side, it simply doesn't trim as closely or neatly as the older model. I believe that's due to the type of comb attachment for trimming beards very short. I have to go over some sections multiple times to get a neat, even trim. Finally, I'm ... The trimmer comes in a large box but it could easily have been packaged in a box about 1/4 the size. Enclosed is a photo of all the cardboard Philips is using to package this small trimmer. Doesn't make any sense and is a waste of resources.... Show more

Delivered already used disgusting Trimmer
I have ordered Philips Multigroom Series 7000 MG7720 on July 12th 2023 and received the product on July 17th. I was shocked after seeing it because it was already used by someone and I can literally see some white hairs. Note this product is personal care product. So I called Customer service team and they asked me to return product so that they will send replacement product. To return the product I need to use printer to print out label and then go to nearby UPS collection to drop the parcel(everything is my expense) . I returned the product on July 17th and received the replacement product today which is also used by someone.I called customer care today and they are asking me to return the product. Great for Body Hair, Not Full Sized Clippers
The quick summary is that these work great for body hair, the nose hair trimmer attachment is okay, and while you can use these for your head, they are not a replacement for full sized hair clippers. The first things you'll notice when you unpackage this is that there are roughly a million attachments (different clippers and blade guards), the clipper body itself has a sleek metal shell, and Phillips totally went cheap on the zippered bag to store everything in (it's one of those super thin plastic ones that feels sort of like fabric-- think $0.50 cheap).I don't know why they cheaped out on the bag, because the rest of this is really nice. The trimmer has heft, looks nice, the different heads are easy to swap out (and but secure enough to stay in place while in ... The trimmer has heft, looks nice, the different heads are easy to swap out (and but secure enough to stay in place while in use) and the blade guards clip on securely. This trimmer excels at body hair in general. There are attachments (including a wider clipper head) to use this on your noggin-- but I much prefer my full sized hair clippers for trimming my head. For the body hair, this is comfortable to hold and the head is small enough to fit in some nooks and crannies. If you are using the bare head (without a guard), it will not nip at bare skin unless it is loose. That is, if you're trimmer around the boys, it will bite you now and again. It's not bad, but enough to make you wince.I do like using this on my beard as well. With a bare head, you can cut it down to a really heavy 5 o'clock shadow-- you know, scruffy enough you don't feel like a 12 year old, but close enough your wife doesn't complain. I have a thick beard with thick hairs and you can audibly hear this bog down a little bit (compared to trimming body hair), but it still powers through it just fine. For noise, it's not bad. Unless your house is super quiet or someone has their ear pressed against the door, you aren't going to hear this on the other side of a door.Overall, these will not replace my hair clippers when I need to buzz my head, but these are my go to clippers for body hair and keeping my beard tidy.... Great Groomer for Shaving and Trimming Head to Toe
This Multi Groomer from Phillips is perfect for keeping hair, where ever it grows on you, neat and trimmed. It’s easy to use and I grab it multiple times a week to keep everything looking good. One full charge lasts for multiple uses without any loss of power. The trimmer itself is easy and comfortable to hold. I can maneuver it well over my head, face and body. The trimmers (body groomer, nose hair trimmer, precision trimmer) change out easily when needed. It’s really helpful that the guards are color coded to make it a little easier to grab what I’m looking for. Being 100% showerproof is a great feature depending on what grooming I need to do. While the groomer itself is great, there are also a couple things that I think could be improved. The cleaning brush is too small. While the bristles do a good pretty good job cleaning the tiny hairs, the brush itself is hard to hold because it’s so small. The other thing I thing needs some work is the pouch. The material is thin and it feels like it will be no time before it wears or there is a hole in it. I also feel there needs to be an additional pocket inside for the trimmers to keep them together and restrict them being all over the place in the pouch. They have lubricants in them to help them work and I don’t want that all over my guards. While I don’t like the pouch or cleaning brush, I still highly recommend this groomer. It’s easy to use, cleans up well, has a great design and is one that will be used multiple times a week.... Show more

Great trimmer
I love this trimmer, it is comfortable to use, it covers everything I need it for and it’s compact enough to travel with too. I mainly use it as a beard trimmer which it excels at, but also use it to trim my hair, and the nose hair attachment. I’m very happy with the way it cuts, never struggles with my thick hair and cuts cleanly, also it gets the hair right under my nose that I’ve had problems before with other trimmers. The 2 attachments that are adjustable are really clever designs that cover everything from 1-7 mm (that’s a no.0 - no.2 ish if you don’t do mm). If you want longer you’ve got the standard head attachments from 3mm-16mm (no.1 - no.5). The body trimmer works very well and safe to use where you don’t want to get nicked. Multigroom is fantastic. Powerful, easy to use
The Multigroom 9000 is very nice. A really solid piece of equipment that is powerful and easy to use. I did not give 5 stars because the attachment kit, and carrier and instructions leave a lot to be desired. No doubt figuring out the attachments and how best to use will come with time. Despite this mild criticism my actual results have been satisfactory so far anyway. The carrier (brown, zippered) is really no better than a bag. It doesn't provide for storing anything in any order. A separate case is available but the one that comes with it is kind of useless. Philips should put out some how-to videos for getting the best results using each of the attachments -- it isn't obvious from the simplified instructions what attachment to use and how to use it.... Solid trimmer
Excellent full body groomer. Easy to use, feels comfortable in the hand, high quality trimmer, it just screams premium. Great battery life, I'm still on the initial charge 2 weeks later. The self-sharpening blades are very sharp, resulting in no pulled hairs, nicks or cuts, just a super efficient precision cut every time. Cleans up easily under running water and is 100% waterproof. Numerous attachments for every bit of hair on your body to keep everything nice and groomed. The only downside I have found is the bag, the storage pouch leaves much to be desired, not ideal for keeping the different guards separated and easy to find without having to dump the entire bag. Overall I've very been pleased with this product and would highly recommend!... Show more
