Wow! There are many health benefits to Triphala and not just for digestive health. That is my primary reason for taking these but I have enjoyed other health benefits as well. The tablets are on the larger side but not unbearably huge that you begrudge taking them. I only take one tablet a day and that works for me. Highly recommend as a daily dose for digestive health and overall detoxing and wellness.

An empty stomach from what I’ve read is 2 hours after eating… and fyi I have a crazy schedule because I am a flight attendant, so proceed with caution there if you’re in the same field of work I am in.This product is worth it. This is a great drug. When I read the description of this product and customer reviews, I noticed that many wrote about the gentle action of Triphala. It was not entirely clear what was meant. But when I tried it myself, everything fell into place. It is an excellent remedy for gentle and delicate bowel cleansing. That is, your stool will not be liquid, and it will not cause concern that an incident, a sudden urge, will suddenly occur. Everything is predictable. The recommended daily dose is two capsules. I take one capsule, usually after breakfast. Yes, the capsules are too big, but the result of their action negates everything.Please consider giving a thumbs up to my review.thank you.
I'm using triphala on and off for 14 years now, it helps me stay regular without causing a bowel dependency on it. I also experience benefits to my liver and kidneys when taking it regularly. This formulation is effective and the price is right. I strongly recommend you add either Himalaya Liv52 DS (India) or Himalaya Livercare (North America) when taking this to greatly reduce your blood liver ALT and AST enzyme levels, if that's what you're after. Recommended!
triphala is a combination of three auverdic plants that has very powerful antioxidant properties. Its ORAC value may reach up to 740000 which is much higher than most of the common herb antioxidants. It also supports the GI tract for better digestion and regular elimination. It also controls the blood sugar level due to the plant Amla that contains. Therefore it is suitable for diabetes and prodiabetes people .
I found it really fascinating when i found out about triphala. It has a excellent form of mucus structure composer for feeling ready to have astonished bowel shake booty rump tendancys. It might help the average belly dancer work on those boogie down and groovy shoves and pops like when you want to always do a hoolahoop and master the art of the hip love we usually find really comfortable. It helps with digestive and having a little uncomfortable gut biome. Probably really healthy for women!!!
