Considering i use the headset 12-14 hours a day its incredibly comfortable. I get headaches from heavy headsets and too tight headbands(cuz of extensive wear) - this headset solved that. One minor flow - when you are using it with the neckband volume might seem a bit weak ( cuz the headset is not pressed to your ear ). I can wear it even with the headband for long periods cuz its incredibly lightweight ( some ppl might say even flimsy) but thats perfect for me. If you use headsets for work this one so far is the best i owned *note im using it with a 3rd party qc to usb not the platronics one cuz it was cheaper, might get better sound performance if u get it with the original one

It is a nice headset that can be used 3 different ways with your phone. But, it is not compatible with a computer or desktop; there is not an adapter for that. But, ideal to use with a phone

I've been in public safety dispatch for nearly 18 years and have owned several models of Plantronics headsets. This one is, by far, the most versatile and most comfortable yet. With three "mounting" options and a nice soft foam earpad, it's a pleasure to wear. It has excellent audio from the earpiece and the noise cancelling mic provides clear audio for the officers. I would highly recommend it!
Light as a feather, and the quality rivals the best of the Plantronics line of headsets (Plantronics sets the standard by which all others are measured - I started using Plantronics in 1982! and they have always had superior quality for call center headsets). I tried all three wearing styles and initially I am going to use the behind the head option. However I like the easy off and on of the over the ear style. I'll come back and update this review after a few weeks of use. Oh... the over the head option is great too. Maybe too many choices, but it is great to find them all in one product. This also gives you the freedom to buy a replacement head/neck/ear piece if it gets worn out which is much cheaper than buying a brand new headset. For work we use Skype to run all our calls and the headsets were given are big, clunky, uncomfortable and you have to use the headband with them, so I found this one thats sits just on your ear (headbands come with, but you dont have to use). The volume and sound is loud and clear. When I bought this it was recommending that I buy two additional pieces/adapters, but thats not needed. I only bought the TruVoice USB Adapter Cable with Volume. This was needed to plug the headset into and then the adapter plugs into the laptop USB. It was cheaper to only buy the one and it still works. Overall the earpiece clip is very comfortable and sits well on the ear with zero-to no discomfort even if you wear it for a few hours. LOVE IT! My work headset came with an earpiece so thick that I couldn't keep it behind my ear, especially with my glasses on. I had to unclip the earpiece and use a headband to hold the speaker/mic part in place which gave me a headache. My manager had already spent her budget for headsets, so I was going to buy one myself - until I saw this. It was the perfect fix AND inexpensive. No more headache, no more headset falling off mid-sentence!
This headset works beautifully with a cell phone if you add this adapter: https://www.Home Essentials Direct.com/dp/B071DZG66P The ear piece is comfortable to wear, even with glasses, and voices come through loud and clear, if slightly flat/tinny (this would not be good for music, but is fine for voice calls). The people I've spoken with say my voice sounds slightly flat/tinny, but loud and clear otherwise and that's what counts. If you're like me and forever forgetting to recharge your bluetooth or don't use it often enough and find that the battery is nearly dead when you're ready to use it, this is the headset to get! The cord is very long once you add the adapter to it, but that can be fixed with a cord keeper.
This was completely worth the purchase. My department got us all new headsets that come with the behind the ear piece. The ear piece was way to big and too heavy for my small ears, it was really painful. This is a great alternative. I am glad I bought it. I wear my headset all day (or night) for my 12 hour shifts. This headband is going to make my shift so much more bearable.
We were provided over-the-head headsets. I also wear glasses and my headset would push on my ear and cause great discomfort by the end of my shift depending on which pair of glasses I wore that day. With the options of this headset, I don't have that problem any longer. I can wear any of the 5 pairs of glasses I own and I don't have a smashed ear by the end of my 12 hour shift. The sound quality even seems better than my original headset but that could partially be because of the difference in age. My original headset is approx 2 years old. Definitely an upgrade though
