the Playtex sport tampons are really nice. I have tried a few brands and I think I will be sticking with this variation because it makes a slight difference. although I don't do any sports I have found that as the day goes by, the tampons usually get painful or uncomfortable and I didn't feel that with this brand. the absorption is typical of the Regular tampons. I like the no -slip grip applicator. it's a small change that makes a big difference especially when you're not in the comfort of your home. the contour tip is a great shape however, the plastic is a little light. I worried about the tip getting out of shape and possible hurting me when inserting. For reasons that mystify me, ultra absorbency tampons can be hard to find in stores, and when you can find them online, they often come with exorbitant prices. So glad to have these at Target at long last. I like that the box came with two kinds of tampons (regular and super) so that I can use it for my full cycle where some days the flow is lighter or heavier. These could have changed my life as a teenager dealing with my cycle in school and being a very active tomboy of a girl. I had really heavy week long cycles and had to worry about leaks or constantly changing my protection. I'm going through the change of life now and my cycles are sometimes extremely heavy and lasts longer than normal. I had begun using two regular size tampons at once and sometimes still had light leaking. Since I have discovered these I have not had any leaking even on my heaviest days and I don't have to change them as often. Thank you for this product. My only complaint is that I didn't find it sooner. However, I have shared my discovery with my daughters so they do not have to suffer for years like I did. I highly recommend this product.
I honestly want my money back. These are the worst sports tampons I have ever used in my life. My period was 10 times heavier yesterday and I used a normal tampon. No issues went long boarding. Used one of the sport ones that I paid $20 for the stupid box for, blood everywhere. It doesn’t even sit in your vagina straight. It’s like they just made it look different for promotion and marketing. They probably didn’t even test the product to see if it worked because it doesn’t. On top of it, I’ve had to throw five of those tampons from the box out, because the applicator continues to keep the string and yank it out back into the toilet.
