When I first bought it I thought it was cool just bc it was polo. But at first I could hardly pic of the scent and didn’t really feel like it was doing much. Really have to over spray just so you can get a sniff. But after sitting on my shelf and end up saying screw it let me just go ahead and waste the juice. I come to like it. It’s not the best but it give you a kinda warm vibe I get a sminch of cinnamon which I really love but wish it pack a bigger punch.

This will give you a effective starter set. Often the sales are at Christmas. I do like the EDT, but it only lasts several hours. It’s more of a winter cologne too, limiting if compared to say the blue. Polo makes average colognes. This one on sale, but I think you’ll be happier spending more for Chanel or Dior. Those are more sophisticated and versatile. Projection on this one is lacking. It’s a skin set.

Some might not be thrilled, but that attention to detail is epic. You can find this for $50 on sale. That’s a remarkable value. While it’s not a multipurpose, when wearing it the beast more light is on. It is bold and sometimes a guy prefers this approach. The overall sweetness is done right. Polo has some guts to sell this, and it may not be everyone’s cup of tea. Yet the scent quality and fun factor make it a must have.

My first time smelling Polo had me going into a sneezing fit so I never went back to the line until recently. I was able to sample a number of Polo Red’s flankers. I had a mixture of emotions but none of them fell back on my previous thoughts. I was able to pickup a nice sample pack which included Polo Red. I sampled this cologne and immediately noted two prominent notes. Both of the notes included a pleasant citrus fragrance and a hint of spiciness that shone through. The spice within seems to be the linchpin that holds all of this fragrance together. The whole design of this fragrance is based on red notes. They play an important part of this EDT. They produce this scent to become an epic and unique fragrance that takes simple reds and turn them into a masterpiece by taking simple notes to combining them into something familiar but able to stand out from the rest. The way that this scent is it reminds me Christmas. That’s not a bad thing. In the middle of summer this can be a nice diversion from the dog days of summer.

I'm not sure

I am not sure this is Ralph Lauren Polo Red Extreme! Now, Polo makes a Red Parfum, but not Red Extreme , maybe that's what this is. The box says Red Extreme, but the smell doesn't! Unless the travel spray I have (which smells better) isn't authentic, which I doubt. I bought it from a reputable fragrance site. What I received is WAY too light, I can barely smell three sprays!

RALPH LAUREN MESSED UP!

When I first purchased Polo Red Extreme, I was approached by several women asking, "What was the name of the cologne I was wearing". They all wanted to purchase this cologne for either the boyfriend or husband. I've purchased many, many colognes over the years and all of high quality. But, by far, this is my total favorite. All I can say is, "Ralph Lauren really messed up when they discontinued Polo Red Extreme".

I came in on Saturday to look for the ‘red intense ralph lauren men’s perfume’ but unfortunately i wasn’t sure of the name at the time so when I asked the red Ralph lauren to the lady that served me, she first showed me the ‘red bottle’ perfume and when I described the bottle having a black stripe in the middle she showed me the intense bottle but told me it was called “extreme”. After trying the intense perfume i knew it was the perfume i was after and hence after discussing the price i asked the lady to go ahead with it. I appreciate that if she is new, that everyone has to learn somewhere but dont sell the wrong product to customers if you’re not sure!!I’ve never had any issues with the fragrance shop in the past hence why ive always been shopping with you but this experience will definitely stop me from coming back.

The best Polo Red.

Longevity wise, finalllyyyyyy…they made a Red cologne with some really good longevity. Red Intense wasn’t bad, in this regard, but Red Extreme is bordering on excellent. This is an all day kind of wear but doesn’t hit the same length as something such as One Million.In terms of projection, this stuff is fairly strong, and can be too much if you over spray but one or two spritzes should be enough. The sillage is pretty potent in the early stages, though, it moderates much more as it wears on. Not a complete bomb, but it can be too invasive, at times.
