So let me just start by saying that this card is one beast of a card, with one caveat. There is going to be some coil whine involved when running this card on most graphically intensive games/apps. That being said, if you can ignore that, you're in for a treat especially since NVIDIA cards are being bottlenecked nowadays due to their low VRAM counts. This packs you that sweet sweet 24GB of VRAM and is easier to plug and play with only 2 8-pins for power. Coming from a 3070Ti, in my book, this is a win win.

I have been using this graphics card for about a month now and I'm very impressed, delivering me 60fps plus on even demanding games such as ark or Minecraft RTX at 4K.Temperatures are also good hoving around 70C under heavy load.Two things to consider however, this is a reference model and some have been having thermal issues and the drivers have some power management problems right now but they should be fixed in a couple of months from the date of this review.

The card looks great, the white PCB is an especially nice and stylish touch and it looks gorgeous in a white setup, but dear god the noise it makes is like a hive of angry wasps is trapped inside your PC, it quickly became unbearable.I ended up setting up a return and paying the little extra for a 4080, and even when that's kicking out over 200fps it remains silent. My first entry into the ray tracing side of things and I'm definitely impressed with the capabilities. Currently running on my 75 inch LG OLED 120 HZ display. I have had some issues that I need to tweak and troubleshoot where the ray tracing has had my PC shut off and not come back on for a while and then be disabled when I try to play a game again but I still need to sort that issue out. Still happy with the performance and I got it at a great price point.
It's a solid card that does what you want it to do. It's whisper quiet and pretty good on thermals, usually settling in somewhere in the 70 degree range when gaming. It has a little shelf-like contraption that you can use to make sure it sits better in its slot, which is a good thing because this card is big enough that you could seriously hurt somebody if you dropped it on them for some reason.Sure, the 4090 beats it (and sometimes does so handily), but this card boasts something that the 4090 doesn't: the ability to cushion it with about 600 dollars in cash.
Very happy, these reference models have some reports of overheating but mines been behaving perfectly. Mostly been playing Warzone and getting 180fps on ultra settings with 65% gpu utilization. Also played a bit of cyberpunk to test ray tracing and it's less impressive but still more than good enough. Like all the recent GPU releases this should have been about £200 cheaper but given this is the state of the market I'm happy.
Upgraded from a 6800XT as it just wasn't performing like l wanted at 4K. Look, I get it, high power draw components come with a risk of coil whine, but there comes a point when that becomes an issue for the end user, given that we're using these for entertainment systems. Powercolor have reached that point and surpassed it with this card. It's a real shame too, because build quality feels great, performance, thermals and looks are all wonderful. But this card puts out an ungodly racket, playing Final Fantasy XIV, locked to 144fps 3440x1440 on a new corsair RM850W, I could hear this thing rattle across the room over the game audio. Audio is as much a part of gaming as the visuals, and while this card works wonders on the visuals, it completely ruins the audio in exchange.
I got this card open box after returning a 4070 ti at the amazing price of $899!!! which I thought was a great deal and I hit the jackpot. I took this baby home and put it in my case, no need for those new crazy adapters from Nvidia, card looked amazing, tested a few games and this card just blew through them no problem. I had no freezes, no stutters, high fps. Card was definitely pretty big though so be advised and make sure it fits your case. Eventually though the cards temperature started getting higher and higher after a few days with it, I even went and got better fans for my case since I didn't want to return it, but playing control with everything high and rt on high this card eventually hit the 110 junction temp which I thought only happen to reference models, nothing I did would bring those temps down it would always get to that within maybe 30 min of gameplay, I'm assuming this is why it was returned in the first place. I ended up returning it sadly and the staff was amazing as this was my second card returned but they were pretty helpful. I do recommend it though as long as you have the case and psu to run it. Just don't get an open box one.
