I adopted this cat after her previous owner passed after being taken to the hospital. She was very thin and refusing to eat. This is the only food she was interested in and this was the last one. She liked it but it was too late. She is now on a feeding tube. I’ll try the others as soon as I can.

I received a can of Purina Pro Plan Salmon & Rice Entrée in Sauce Wet Cat Food for review. I have two cats that some times get pretty particular when it comes to wet cat food. I feed majority dry but give them wet food a few times a week to get other proteins and fat included in their diets. I barely had the can emptied and the cats came a running, didn't take long before they were done. I love the fact that it's made of real salmon and added rice. It's mixed together with a sauce that my cats had no complaints about. I would recommend this product for sure!

I received one small can of Purina Pro Plan Salmon & Rice Entree in Sauce cat food for my kitty to sample and then provide an honest review. Upon opening the can, the first thing that struck me was that the color did not look like any salmon I had ever seen before. Secondly, there was far more salmon than rice, when I expected it would probably be full of rice with little fish - so that was a very nice surprise. Unfortunately, this product was not a big hit with my cat - she's very picky and texture seems to be a big thing with her. Still, I believe that this would be popular with most cats, primarily because it was very fishy.

We have a older cat that is almost 16 years old so we always make sure to feed him the best cat foods on the market. We have his normal hard food out for him all day when he needs to snack but we always feed him a can of cat food at night for a extra treat for him. This Purina Pro Plan cat food is the perfect size for him, it's smaller so it's great for his snack time. Not only is it really healthy for him and great to keep his nutrition right - he absolutely loves it. I got him the Salmon & Rice Entree in Sauce and it's his favorite by far. I got this for my cat, and thank goodness I did. My 4 year old cat has always been fed dry food, but my vet recommended I start to give him wet food since it’s better for him. I tried several brands, but it would upset Pinky’s stomach. I finally tried Purina Pro Plan (salmon and rice) and he absolutely loved it, but more importantly, his stomach wasn’t upset by it. I noticed he was a little more energetic and I am so happy that Pinky is happy!
I can't speak from a personal standpoint, but I can speak on behalf of my cat that gobbled this stuff up. No sooner than I had the lid cracked open he was at my feet meowing just from the smell of the food. Which to me is a positive to start with. Once I was able to get it into his bowl and placed it on the floor he immediately started chowing down and had it gone in no time. Another positive! I love that it's made with natural ingredients too that I can feel good about treating my cat with.
A few months ago I stressed my cat out. I moved him to a new home and the travel + changes in his environment made him physically ill.The vet recommended a bland diet and after he was better, he no longer liked the food I’d given him previously. On my quest to finding a new product, I discovered my cat was a whole lot more picky than I realized.He did however love the salmon and rice. Which makes me feel happy, that now my kitty is happy.
There is a stray cat around our house, we named her Spooky because it was around Halloween and my granddaughter named her. Anyway, I opened the can and she wasted no time in making sure it was all gone! She never picked her head up while eating and she was licking her whiskers as she walked away from the dish. I'm going to be sure to purchase more of this because she liked it so much.
This can has an easy open tab, this is important to me when making a purchase.My cat loved this food, it's filled with chunks of salmon and rice. She loves rice in her food so I knew this would be a hit. It has a pleasant smell and nice consistency.She enjoyed it so much that she ate the whole amount that I gave her which is rare because she usually leaves some on her plate. I will look for this brand/flavor next time I'm shopping.
This product literally blew my mind! I have tried sooo many different wet foods with my cat and never would she touch them. I gave her this one and at first when i wasent looking my dog started eating some! When i saw this i told her to stop and took her to a different room when i came back the rest was gone! My cat ate wet food! So i give this product a %100!
