I've tried several different creatine products over the last several years. I didn't care for how most of them were either too gritty (due to creatine monohydrate) or were too sweet. I gave Con-cret a try the last time I ordered from BB.com, and it's been the best creatine supplement that I've used by far. I love how small the dose is each time I take it. The scoop is crazy small (think less than 1 gram in size). I snagged the buy-two-get-one-free deal so I could try several flavors and not get sick of any of them. I can't decide whether I like the lemon lime flavor the best or the blue raspberry, but either way, they're amazing. I don't mind a little bit of a sweet taste to my supplements, so any of the reviews for this product that say Con-cret is overly sweet ... MoreI've tried several different creatine products over the last several years. I don't mind a little bit of a sweet taste to my supplements, so any of the reviews for this product that say Con-cret is overly sweet seem odd to me. I put about 10 ounces of water into my shaker bottle whenever I take it. It's a good balance of sweet, but not too sweet. Oh, the snake fruit is definitely different. I like it, but not as much as the other two flavors that I've listed. Still, try it if you're up for something out of the box.As for the results, I've been able to get a few extra reps, and an extra set on various exercises at the gym. Additionally, I have found myself looking forward to working out more because I have this product supporting me. So, if you're looking to push yourself and pound out a few extra reps, this one is definitely a winner. I don't get the feeling of extra energy, though, like others have stated. I don't mix this product with anything but water, so I am unsure how energy is created by Con-cret. To each their own, I guess. Regardless, I haven't had any side effects. No bloating, no intestinal pain or any other issues. When I was buying this product, I was torn between buying this and buying Creature by Beast. I can't remember what pushed me towards Con-cret, but whatever it was, I'm glad I did end up getting several of these flavors.

Coincidentally, I had my last scoop of Con-Cret this morning as well.Con-Cret with the micro-dosing is an excellent supplement for those of us that have experienced bloating or stomach issues with other creatine products. You will not have the cramping or water retention that is the norm with monohydrate and similar products on the market, if fact it is my belief that you could actually use this product virtually the whole duration of a contest preparation.Think of the edge that could give you in the sense that as the rigors of contest dieting and training naturally wears you down. The proven strength and cognitive benefits of supplementing with creatine can keep you training harder with more intensity and provide more mental clarity, reducing the "cloudiness" that hard dieting can result in.During my experiment with Con-Cret I was not contest dieting, but 95% of the time I am in caloric deficit. I could discuss my thoughts on the physical performance (and ultimate aesthetic benefits) but being that the good people at ProMera Sports will be sending another container of Con-Cret (along with Beta-Cret) my way soon, I will keep this review mostly focused on the brain benefits and save the strength and physique gains for next time. After a short time of supplementing with Con-Cret, I noticed more clear thought patterns and a better ability to quickly solve problems that arose at work. Multi-tasking, focus and recollection all seemed improved. I have read studies that suggest that creatine supplementation can protect the brain in the event of a head injury. Is this all placebo? Possibly, but when you think of the science involved it makes perfect sense to me. We take great measures to keep our bodies healthy, so why not do the same for your brain?Lastly, I want to thank Lonnie, Steven and the whole gang at ProMera Sports. It has been a pleasure and I look forward to future collaborations!

I would like to be as thorough as possible so I will be reviewing all products with an array of criterion. The criterion will include price per serving (taking into account higher dosages), taste, product ingredients, whether the product uses a proprietary blend or not, the effectiveness of the product, any noticeable change after extended use, and the overall feeling of the product under review. I really like ProMera Sports' Con-Cret Creatine so this review will be pretty straight forward.Price per serving: While no creatine is a cost minimal as monohydrate, I found Con-Cret to be pretty good value wise. It is $28.98 for 48 servings, which is about $0.60 per serving. This is not bad at all in reality.Taste: Lemon Lime flavor was absolutely delicious! It is $28.98 for 48 servings, which is about $0.60 per serving. This is not bad at all in reality.Taste: Lemon Lime flavor was absolutely delicious! It shocked me how good it tasted! I gave it a 10/10. If you mix the Lemon Lime with your chocolate protein, it tastes very much like chocolate wrapped candy canes. So good! I also had 2 tubs of Snake Fruit. The Snake Fruit is interesting...It is insanely sour at first and tastes like death. Then once you get used to it, it actually tastes rather good! I mixed it with my chocolate protein and it had an interesting candy type mixed flavor. Not bad at all!Ingredients: This is self explanatory... Creatine HCl. The serving is 1g but there is only around 0.8g of Creatine HCl in each scoop. That means there's 0.2g of fillers, which is alright.Proprietary blend: This product is straight forward HCl so no need to worry about anything else except for the flavorings etc...Effectiveness: You will absolutely notice greater muscle size and strength from this product if you drink copious amounts of water like you are supposed to. My lifts certainly increased a bit from the help of this creatine and my muscles were significantly fuller looking. This fuller effect is obviously only possible with proper hydration due to the large composition of water in muscle tissue and creatine helping draw more water into muscle.Any noticeable change after extended use: I gained some lbs with this for sure. Tough to say how many specifically because of all of the other factors such as nutrition, sleep, training schedule, etc... but it certainly contributed. As mentioned above, strength and muscle mass certainly increased in a significant way which was awesome.Overall: ProMera's Con-Cret is a reliable creatine product that does exactly what it says it will do. If it is on sale, it is extremely good priced. I bought 2 tubs of 48 serving Snake Fruit for $32 after tax and shipping. That's 96 servings for slightly over $30. I was very happy with this product and I would recommend to anyone!!

ProMera Sports has been known for their Con-Cret product, which delivers a 750 mg dose of creatine HCl. Although there is no research to suggest than any alternative form of creatine performs any better than creatine monohydrate, creatine HCl dose exhibit better solubility than creatine monohydrate. This is a nice feature for a lot of users, who don't want to be drinking down gritty mixtures. Additionally, Con-Cret has awesome flavors. I have had the opportunity to try the pineapple and the lemon lime and both were awesome! ProMera really has nailed down sour flavors. They were very enjoyable. Obviously having the flavoring is going to add on to the cost, which is understandable, but the pricing could be a little better. I would also love to see a 1.5 g serving size instead of 750 mg. Throughout use, I noticed I had great fullness in my muscles. I also had great muscular strength and endurance. However, I was using 2 scoops of Con-Cret in addition to Con-Cret Pre, which delivers a decent dose of creatine HCl too. Overall, I really enjoyed this product. It would be a 10 out of 10 overall but the price-per-value considerations knock it down a little. 8.8 out of 10.

No artificial feel or flavor & is smooth & clean. So close to actual Lemon Lime that it almost makes my teeth squeak like I ate a lemon. No way to know or tell if this supplement actually helped workouts, performance, or my physique especially since I took this with other supplements at the same time. It is very affordable & you only need a very little amount since it is HCI (hydrochloride). No loading phase & no cycling off of it needed. I would recommend it as it is necessary for the body & a workout enhancer.

Great but I wished the container is bigger.

I love how it dissolves in any liquid without you feeling like you are drinking water with sand in it. Just wished it the container is mucho bigger. Keep in mind that the container is extremely small for its price. It does taste great.

Seems to work well, but the strength of the flavouring is unreal, this doubles as smelling salts every time you open the container. Would definitely reccomend unflavoured. Seeing in above ratings that there is no pump present, that's the point, this avoids water retention, so don't expect a pump taking HCL

As the title says , over prised rip off !!! When it arrived I was surprised how small was the container. Then I was surprised more , that the container has double walls and bottom so it is even smaller inside. Raspberry taste was more of a lemon tart. Wouldn’t recommend!! Sorry !I hate feeling ripped off !! Didn’t get any pump out of it and usually when I use creatine I get pump easily . So it a “ no “ actually a big “NO” for me

i have used other creatine supplements but i always come back to con-cret . one thing though is never buy the unflavored version. a tip if you do is mix it with your pre workout (ie c4 ECT) . otherwise con-cret is my favorite creatine.
