I really enjoy this bit of equipment. The ability the change weight is very appealing and it works on improving core strength- a big tick.The only down side is to be careful with the product as it is susceptible to tears - if dropped or dragged on rough ground or cement.

This product should come with a CD to show you how to use it.It can be heavy,even at 1/3 full so care needs to taken when starting out,that said you can feel the workout.
