It’s easy for everyday use. Practical. Basically you’ll start use little by little until you realise is everyday 1-2 times a day.

Hard to do the exercise where you try to spread your fingers in the middle of the donut but good for grip training. Comfortable to hold.

Excellent hand grip equipment that offers soft grip for fine movements and firm for gross power. I like ti use this in the car while waiting at the lights or to have in your pocket and use while waiting at a set destination, good product

I bought these grips as someone who's never used anything like this; I wanted to increase my grip strength in day to day life.I quite like the 'soft' (neon) grip, it's not difficult to squeeze but becomes fatiguing quite quickly for a beginer like me. Which is good because it means it's working my muscles.Obviously I'm nowhere near up to using the 'firm' grip, but as others have said, a medium grip would be great to add to this pack as the 'firm' grip is a huge leap in difficulty from the 'soft'.Overall I recommend this, but for me I don't see myself ever using the firm grip.I also find I get a slight burning feeling on my hand from the friction. Also a storage pouch would be nice, as this type of material attracts lots of dirt.
I bought this to improve my grip strength for tennis - using it daily and it has definitely made an improvement. Would recommend this product over the other types of grip that seem to break easily according to the reviews I have read.
The donut shaped PTP grip strength trainer is a great addition to any strength training regime. It comes in two different grip strength settings that accomodate someone who wants to improve their existing grip strength or recover from an injury. Many reviews have stated that the grey coloured trainer is too difficult, however after only doing a few reps a day for no longer than a week was I able to do it with ease.Persevere and your grip strength will increase.
The hand grip combo comes with 2 grips which is allowing me to build my finger strength and condition my hand grip. The rings have different density which allows me to do several different exercise using different strength levels.
Like the feel. Good range in difficulty (I took notice of a previous review before buying that noted the firmness difference between the two rings & whilst I have found them to be quite different I haven’t found this to be a negative). Nice colours. Good quality.
This hand grip combo is a really effective way to increase hand grip strength. The green ring offers much less resistance which is good for finger tip use or someone starting with week hand strength while the grey ring can offer quite a lot of resistance at you get stronger. The only weekness is that it is not good at targeting the pinky finger.
I've found the green grip trainer very useful for helping to treat some tendonitis and boost my grip in my non-dominant hand. This is great given the amount of riding that I do in city traffic, with the need to engage the clutch a lot.The grey trainer is almost impossible to squeeze with either hand. Oh well :)
