Wow! For someone new to fitness and gyms, this is an ideal way to introduce yourself to discipline, conditioning and muscle development. I do 5 sets of 20 in each hand (at least three times daily) and by the end my tired muscles are asking me to stop. The build quality is excellent, the tension is adjustable and even the grip is good. It is sure to build you a firmer handshake, just don’t break anyone’s fingers at your interview! Another quality product from Australia’s king and queens of retail. #loverebel

Pretty good gripper for beginners. If you want to use this thing constantly, the rubber grips cause blisters which is irritating while your lifting or just using the gripper in general. Other than that it’s a decent gripper which will definitely help with forearm growth and grip strength improvement.
This trainer is perfect no mater how big or small someone is this has it all, 10-40kg resistance and comfort in the hand while you rep out on this little device. It is really easy to use and definitely packs all the needed resistance needed. I know people who are big who I let use this and they loved it as it definitely used their forearm energy while my little brother could use it as well. Strongly recommend this product to anyone wanting to improve grip strength.
This strength grip is quite nice.It's got finely adjustable spring for varying resistance, so it should suit anyone above 10 years of age.Quality seems to be quite good.Would recommend this product.
This product is amazing. While being super adjustable it is comfortable and is definitely worth it. After a week and a half of using this I have good strength in my arms that wasn’t there before.
The grip strength trainer has a large usable weight range which is really useful as strength improves. It is comfortable to use and fits naturally in hand. The only negative is that when using it in my left arm my long fingers slip between the two hand holds meaning my range of motion is vastly shortened. But overall im really happy with the product
A well built piece of equipment. It is easy to use. The turn knob doesn't give any indication of the resistance level (only 10kg minimum or 40kg maximum). Larger hands may find this difficult to spread the load across all 4 fingers.
The product was not suited for my hands. After a couple of days of usage the rubber handles started to disintegrate. They were cheap so I did not bother returning them. I would not recommend this product.
