Pure Encapsulations - Vitamin D3 5,000 IU - 60 Capsules

The Vitamin D3 5000 IU from Pure Encapsulations is an excellent product. With 120 capsules per bottle, it provides a good supply. It's easy to swallow and doesn't leave any aftertaste. I've noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels since I started using it. Highly recommended for those who need to supplement their Vitamin D intake.

Awesome Vitamin D3

I've used this Pure Encapsulation D3 for about 8 months and it is the first time I've seen a measurable increase in the value by blood work; my vitamin D level has gone up from 39 to 60. How awesome is that? I've lived in San Antonio, Texas for 35 years and moved to Ohio. Knowing the angle of the sun wasn't the same as in Texas and Ohio has longer winter cloud covered days, I thought I would need supplementation. Glad I did as I'm approaching optimal levels. The capsule is very small and easy to swallow. In another 6 months I'll repeat the blood work and see if the number continues to climb. Pure Encapsulations is my go to for Hypoallergenic supplements.

Cancer cells are not recognized as being dangerous by the bodys immune system because it sees the cancer cells as its own legitimate cells. Excellent Vitamin D!

Great product and price! I live in Minnesota where I don't get very much sun light during the long winter months. The lack of sun light is not very good for my health or my Vitamin D levels. This product is a great Vitamin D booster for me to maintain proper levels.

I bought this after reading

I bought this after reading the reviews. Needed to top up my intake so I bought this supplement. So far I have no issues in using it. Will determine its effectiveness after about a month or so.

I felt like my food in my stomach was getting spoiled due to me been unable to remove from stomach. My symptoms were usually headaches, extreme high blood pressure and I just wanted to be in bed and sleep. I sought medical help and started seeing a gastrointestinal specialist who had me gone through different types of exams (Endoscopy, CT Scan, Fibroscan), including blood work twice to determine what was going on with me. When the doctor ordered the first blood work, I took the initiative and requested with my family doctor my regular blood work that he recommends every 5 or 6 months to obtain my prescriptions. Most of my results were in the normal area (meaning no problems), with the exception of my vitamin D levels. They were very low, I will not say extremely low, but they noticeable low. While I waited for my gastroenterologist appointment visit, I started taking Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D3 5,000 IU. I took one every day for ay least 10 days before I had my gastroenterologist appointment visit. All my exams the gastroenterologist requested were good, no problem. By the time I had this doctor visit most of my gastrointestinal problems had disappeared thanks in part to Pure Encapsulations Vitamin D3 5,000 IU and God. I am so happy to be back to normal. I recently switched to this vitamin line. I am new to this product, but familiar with this line and trust it. Vitamin D3 is an important supplement. Pricing is good.

Pure Encapsulations were recommended to me by my primary physician long ago, due to the “pure” factor. I have not changed from that brand and the fish oil as well. This is one of the few D3 supplements that is effective, and also does not cause stomach upset. Pure Encapsulations in my experience makes products with high quality ingredients. While Pure Encapsulations is pricier than many other brands, the quality is well worth the price difference to purchase an upper level product.

I can’t say if this is a good thing or not, however what I will say is that this brand of vitamin D3 comes in capsules as opposed to gelcaps and are packed in a sturdy plastic bottle. I will start taking these D3 capsules as soon as I use up the other brand of D3 gelcaps and I’m glad to know that administering these on a daily basis won’t be more complicated than my current usage of D3. I am only relying on my doctor’s recommendation when it comes to my expectation of D3 in general so it seems logical that purchasing a product with a greater strength of the product makes sense. Having said this, I would advise anyone considering this to first consult with their own doctor to make sure that usage of this product will be beneficial and not adverse.
