This is a very thin liquid product, applicator is a rollerball (which I love) and is very cooling on the eyes. The liquid eye product can dispense unevenly and I often need my fingers to better pat it in around the eyes. Have been using it for 2 weeks now and I like it (probably better suited to younger eyes) but for the price I can't complain and even though my skin can be super-sensitive I have had no issues with this.

Product itself is a very thin liquid, it has a rollerball applicator (which I love) and it feels very soothing/cooling to apply. The product doesn't always dispense evenly so I often need to use my fingers to disperse it a little better. I have super-sensitive skin but have had no issues with this at all, it's probably better suited to younger skins (I am nearly 50) but is still good value for money (have been using it for over 2 weeks now, pretty sure it's going to last me ages), would buy again.

I have such bad eye bags it looks like I’m smuggling pebbles under there. I’ve also been sleeping badly recently and have found that I look puffy and haggard. This is really soothing to put on, especially chilled and is very easy to apply. I was particularly keen on the rollerball application because I have dermatillomania and having beauty products that reduce the amount I have to touch my face is very helpful for breaking bad habits. I have pretty sensitive eyes too and this has not caused any redness or stinging. Really enjoying the routine of using it quickly twice a day and have definitely noticed my eyes are less puffy. It will be especially nice in the warmer months, taken from the fridge! Highly recommend.

I’ve been using this now for approximately 2 months and I’m hooked. Almost instant results, skin feels firmer and lines look less obvious. Approaching 50 I thought I wouldn’t be able to find a product which gave these kind of results without spending a fortune…..I was wrong. For the price I really don’t think you could get a better product.
I have used this product for three days and was enjoying the cooling rollerball until today the ball popped out and flew into my eye! The whole tube squirted out into my eye also. I am so disappointed as I thought is found a new daily eye serum. Obviously a faulty tube but as such I wouldn’t recommend, it’s awful that this happened.
I have been using this eye serum for about a month now. Having tried lots of eye products in the past to try and combat ageing ( I'm 52), I have found this serum has made a difference. Although it hasn't really helped remove my eye bags, it has made my under eye area look brighter and the skin smoother which has made me happy. It's easy and gentle to apply and for the price, well worth the money - bargain really compared to other products I've tried. I will be buying more in the future.
After using quite a few caffeine based eye creams in the past with very little noticeable difference I really enjoyed this one from Q&A. I visibly noticed a brightening effect with this one, and it feels really cooling when you apply it which makes it a nice product to use. Doesn’t ball up underneath concealer too. Great affordable product!
Love this so much. Really cool, easy to use, and my dark circles have practically disappeared. I use it in morning and night, and have always had sleep issues NOT THAT YOU'D HAVE ANY IDEA NOW I USE THIS. I keep well stocked. You should too
Got this in a gorgeous xmas beauty hamper and well impressed. Must admit that first few were times used it and surplus product on rollerball applicator temporarily stained my skin yellow from caffeine ingredient. However it didnt last long and now use it every morning. Probably wouldn't recommend for older skin say over 50s as its really just designed for first signs of aging and to combat tired puffy eyes which its perfect for.
Having tried several other caffeine serums I was keen to try out the Q+A version. I love it! It’s by far the best at depuffing under eye bags after a late night. Dries quickly and not at all sticky. A couple of tips: 1) Make sure you pop the tube in the fridge overnight then come morning it’s a real soothing treat for the eyes. 2) Roll the rollerball all the way around the eye contour- Including the eyelid! Really perks you up in the morning. 3) Keep it in your pocket (alongside your Liquorice Lip Oil) so you can give a quick under-eye-swipe if you’re feeling a bit mehh come 2pm :-)
