I received this skincare free from Influenster and Ordinary in exchange for my honest review . I was very excited to try the brand new Multi-Peptide Eye Serum, because my skin has improved greatly over the past few years using almost entirely Ordinary skincare! At $25, this is over double their normal serum cost, for half the size. It's pricier because rather than having one or two active ingredients like their other serums, this formulation is full of more actives to target eye concerns than I can list! It's an amazing formula from an ingredients perspective, and still less than most eye creams out there. I love the application. It's pricier because rather than having one or two active ingredients like their other serums, this formulation is full of more actives to target eye concerns than I can list! It's an amazing formula from an ingredients perspective, and still less than most eye creams out there. I love the application. After about two weeks of use, my eye area is better hydrated even after it sinks in. It only takes one drop of the thin serum for both eyes, and it feels smooth to apply, but light enough to not affect makeup or cause milia. Based on ingredients and tests, it's supposed to improve dark circles, fine lines, wrinkles for under eyes and crow's feet, and puffiness. My concerns are mainly dark circles and fine lines. So far there hasn't been visible improvement in either, and the purple under my eyes is slightly worse. The main difference I've noticed is an increase in fluid retention and puffiness, both on the lid and under eye to the point of making small bags where I used to have hollows. It's most extreme when I wake up, but remains noticeable all day. They aren't irritated or sensitive, just puffy. Because there's so many other factors that can influence eye concerns like genetics, hydration, sleep, diet, etc, I stopped using the serum for a few days and noticed the puffiness go down and the darkness lighten. It started again when I resumed. I'm going to continue for another few weeks to see if it's an adjustment period, but it seems the formulation just isn't for me. Based on the science it's a great formula and should work for most people and eye concerns. I still love the feel upon application and the lightweight hydration, but sadly didn't improve my darkness or lines and created puffiness . #nofilter #gotitfree #complimentary #free #influenstervoxbox @Influenster #contest #review #TheOrdinaryLab #MultiPeptideEyeSerum @TheOrdinary... *I received this product free from Influenster and The Ordinary to test and review, but all opinions are my own!* I do use an eye cream both day and night, but most of the time I feel like the difference they make can be minimal except for some added hydration, so I had never found a holy grail. Enter The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Eye Serum! I was excited to try this out as I was still on the hunt for a good eye treatment. The texture is quite watery and thin, which made me think that it wasn’t going to do much originally. It absorbed into my skin super easily and somehow made them look even more hydrated than my thicker eye creams! The area appeared more plump but without feeling at all greasy or sticky - definitely a plus! I’ve been using this for about a week or two ... I’ve been using this for about a week or two and while that is likely not long enough to see long term results, I do feel like with the texture and hydration my fine lines are minimized. This eye serum plays well with any other products I have put on and makeup goes on well over top of it without pilling or patchiness. It does not have any fragrance that I can pick up. Overall, I would give this 5/5 stars and will definitely be purchasing again! Thank you to The Ordinary and Influenster for giving me a chance to try this out - it’s a new favorite!... Show more

An Age Supporting Eye Serum that really works! I was having some issues lately when applying my concealer. I’m 67 years old and I found that under my eyes, it appeared that there was some what looked like dryness once I applied my concealer. In spite of applying moisturizer under my eyes, it appeared that the flakiness didn’t seem to go away. I’ve never had that happen before until recently. Once I removed the concealer, the dryness went away. For some reason my concealer was not blending well with perhaps my moisturizer suddenly? When I received this Eye Serum from Influenster the first thing that came to mind was that I was going to see if perhaps this would take what looked like dryness away from under my eyes. I started with a clean face and did not apply anything other then a drop of The Ordinary Eye Serum. It went on rather watery but dried quickly. Once dried I could feel a firmness on my face and when I felt my skin under my eyes, it felt very dry. MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, MY CONCEALER WENT ON SMOOTH!!!! I was ecstatic! I couldn’t believe this made my face look so fantastically smooth again! I thought to myself, this has to cost an arm and leg if this works so well, but MUCH TO MY SURPRISE AGAIN, IT WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE! I couldn’t believe I found a product that helped my skin and made my concealer go on super smooth so I looked young again! I am so happy with the results of this and it is very reasonably priced! If you are having an issue under your eyes and you’ve tried so many products that simply didn’t work, try The Ordinary Eye Serum, you won’t be sorry. This is my new Holy Grail!... Show more

This age supporting eye serum, from @TheOrdinary - that I received a #complimentary bottle of, from @Influenster - has been clinically formulated with integrity! #TheOrdinaryLab #MultiPeptideEyeSerum WHAT IS IT? + WHAT IT DOES! 👁An Age Supporting + Multi-Peptide Eye Serum with 4 peptide technologies! It's water base formula targets the appearance of those dreaded (common) signs of aging, associated with eye contour. Those, I know oh to well, which are; the look of crow's feet, under eye wrinkles, as well as puffiness and dark circles. Those, I know oh to well, which are; the look of crow's feet, under eye wrinkles, as well as puffiness and dark circles. Prior to me adding The Ordinary's, age supporting eye serum, into my skincare routine, the eyes 👀 looking back at me, were tired, puffy, aged. I found myself needing one (not many) skincare product, that addresses all of these areas of concerns, around my eyes, but to no avail. I didn't have the "want" to keep adding more and more products into my skincare routine to address my crow's feet, under-eye wrinkles and puffiness issues. With that said, I'm gleefully saying, thank you to– The Ordinary. for meeting my "needs" with this one serum! The serum has a semi-thick consistency, which I had anticipated for, due to it being a serum, with a texture as smooth as silk. It's super easy to use, following the provided directions. I simply apply a small amount onto my eye contour, once in the morning and again in the evening. Within days, I could already see improvements in all areas! I always apply to my freshly cleansed skin, prior to applying any other skincare products. It seems to absorb fairly quickly without leaving an oily residue. I've continued applying, never skipping a day nor an evening. I am gleefully saying, that, nowadays, I see dramatically different eyes looking back at me! Less visible wrinkles, puffiness and even lighter dark circles I am highly impressed with #TheOrdinaryLab #MultiPeptideEyeSerum even more impressive is the fact that the contour of my eyes, look younger, less tired, less puffy and even healthier! I 100% recommend this eye serum, for anyone who's own eyes, looking back at them, seem to have the appearance of aging, like mine did!... Show more

4 stars for now… gotta wait for results.
I’m not one of those people that will write a review and say my eyes look incredible after using a product for 3 days. Yeah… they’re on here. A lot. However, I will write a review based on my first impressions, then revisit after the recommended 30 days of use. The thing about skin care is, it takes time. If you’re not a patient person, this whole thing might not be for you. I’ve been using The Ordinary for over a year now, various products and I’m in love. So naturally I had to try a peptide eye serum. Could I have just continued layering my daily peptide serums and niacinamide under my eyes? Sure. That’s what is in this. BUT… I like this better thus far and here’s why. You need VERY little. Not even a drop. The best part though, is how smoothly this stuff goes on ... BUT… I like this better thus far and here’s why. You need VERY little. Not even a drop. The best part though, is how smoothly this stuff goes on the skin. It glides SO easily. That is something layering my other serums under my eye area can’t accomplish. If you’ve used the caffeine + ECGC serum before, you know it’s a bit thick, but still effective. This serum isn’t as thick, yet still doesn’t drip like some of the more runny water based serums (argireline comes to mind). It leaves zero tacky feeling on the skin. If it’s doing this to you, maybe you’re using too much or maybe my under eyes are just drinking it. I’m not sure. Either way, I’ll update in a month or two with results. But kudos for the ingredients, consistency, and feel of this serum T.O! Although I will happily tolerate sticky under eyes to avoid looking so tired, it’s great that I don’t have to anymore. Hopefully this makes me look less tired and makes me appear like I am not in fact a soulless demon.... Show more

A nice eye serum
I received this for free in exchange for my review from the Ordinary and Influenster.I've tried many eye creams in my life but never an eye serum, so I was excited to try this one out.You get a huge amount of product, 15mL that comes in a darkened glass dropper bottle. I'm not 100% sure why it comes in a darkened bottle, as usually I find products with light sensitive ingredients come in those. Maybe there is an ingredient in here that is light sensitive? But I didnt see any disclaimers on the packaging saying to keep it out of direct light. The texture of this is thin, runny and slightly oily. Best eye serum I’ve ever used
I’ve used TO products for several years but this is my first review. This eye serum has exceeded my expectations and let me tell you why.I went in with very little hope, having tried the caffeine eye serum and the fractionated eye serum with no results. I have minimal lines but at age 52, I wake up every day with puffy eyes. Yes, some of it is genetic, but some of it is allergy related and general water retention. I’ve been applying one drop twice a day to the entire eye orbit, topped off with whatever eye cream or moisturizer I grab first and my results after a month are incredible. I wish I had taken pictures. Puffiness is greatly minimized. My concealer is applying like a dream and I’m using a lot less. I don’t have crows feet but the few lines I do have are ... I don’t have crows feet but the few lines I do have are softened and my concealer barely creases now.I will buy this forever! Please never stop making it. For those complaining about the price, look up the individual peptides that are in this and then add up how many products you’d have to buy to build this serum on your own. Just buying an eye serum with Eyeseryl alone will cost you $30! This has 5 or 6 of the best peptides for aging eyes so it’s well worth it IMO. Also I’ve barely made a dent in it after 4 weeks. You only need a drop.My only slight complaint is the delivery system. Shaky hands can easily knock the bottle over when pulling out or inserting the dropper. And for the unhelpful and ablesist comments I ALWAYS see, don’t tell me to hold the bottle in one hand. I use one drop on ring finger, tap together with other ring finger and then apply to eyes. I need both hands. Not all of us were born with steady hands and age doesn’t help. Complaint/rant aside, I’ll deal with knocking it over or find a pump instead. It’s that good!Speaking of a pump, hey TO, I’d happily pay you an extra dollar or two if you offered pumps as an add on for all of your products. Something to consider for those of us that need it.... Show more

Ineffective Product :(
I have several other products from The Ordinary line, and I love their straightforward brand philosophy with its emphasis on active ingredients and affordability, so I was thrilled to test out the Multi Peptide Eye Serum. This product is marketed with a long list of claims including reduction of dark circles, undereye bags, and fine lines and wrinkles, so I had high expectations for positive results, and was completely prepared to love it.However, after about a month of consistent am & pm use, I am sorry to report that I have seen no improvement at all in my eye area. ZERO. Throughout the month, I even used one of my eyes for a control group (by applying another mild eye moisturizer cream that I have been using for quite some time), so that I would be able to ... ZERO. Throughout the month, I even used one of my eyes for a control group (by applying another mild eye moisturizer cream that I have been using for quite some time), so that I would be able to compare and contrast the control eye with the one where I applied the Multi Peptide Serum, but I observed no changes between the two eye areas. I have used other eye creams in the past that made an immediate difference in undereye shadows and/or puffiness; but with this serum, not only are there no instantaneous results, but I have not noticed any over time either. That being said, the formula is unscented and applies and absorbs easily, and I love that it comes in a glass container. It sits well under makeup without pilling as well.Since I know that 90 days is usually the recommend time of use to see noticeable results from skin care products, I will continue to use this for the next month or two, in hopes that I will see some improvements over a longer time period. As of right now, however, I would not recommend this product.Just as a PS: If you are concerned about using clean, toxin-free skincare, this product fails on that front as well, since it contains carcinogenic and immune-suopressing chemicals chlorphenesin and polysorbate. Some of The Ordinary products are clean, but unfortunately, I found out after scanning the ingredients more closely that this is not one of them.... Show more

Peptides aren't cheap
I'm a licensed esthetician & I'll be totally honest, when The Ordinary 1st came out I rolled my eyes hard! Here's another company selling products that are cheap because there's only a small amount of the actual main product in it. I decided to try it because my clients kept asking me about it and I was pretty shocked. This stuff is pretty good and you CANNOT beat the prices. I see a lot of people complaining about this one especially because it's on the higher $ end. Let me tell ya, peptides are NOT cheap. This product is fairly cheap in comparison. Too expensive? maybe try The Ordinary Matrixyl 10% + HA that's around $11 I think.... Show more

THANKS for a non-irritating under eye treatment!!
I’ve been using this for several weeks as part of my AM regimen combined with the Buffet Copper Peptides treatment. I really like it a LOT. I’ve not found many under eye serums that don’t irritate my sensitive eyes. This one is so great as it’s got a lot of actives and I can actually use it without my eyes watering all day. That said, this is a super light, spreadable serum and little goes a very long way. I only need 1 drop to pat plenty of coverage all around my eye - so only 2 drops each morning. And as also mentioned some of these other reviews - if you can find an eye serum with this much goodness chocked into it, it’s going to be WAY more expensive elsewhere. Really like this product and the Ordinary in general!... Show more
