At first bite, I'm immediately hit with the flavor of peanut butter. Real peanut butter. It's awesome. But then as I kept chewing, the typical "this is a protein bar" flavor kicked in and that's all I could focus on. I was so excited to try these because cookies are my favorite and I liked that these were protein rich and macro friendly. I'm not sure what I was expecting from a protein company but I really did think it was going to taste just like a chewy cookie. This is honestly like you took a peanut butter chocolate chip protein bar and hit it with a rolling pin and made it into a circle. I'm disappointed. It's not horrible, I really do like that it actually tastes like peanut butter at first, but I was expecting more cookie texture and flavor. Oh, and there ... MoreAt first bite, I'm immediately hit with the flavor of peanut butter. Real peanut butter. It's awesome. I love these cookies which are big in size. They are pretty good for low carb and keto diet. The sweetness is fine, not too much They are delicious, soft and not chewy. Great for tea time with green tea or black coffee. It’s really fill your stomach. Be aware that these are high in calories. The only downside is a little expensive though. Hope it lower the price with discounts. My daughter loves these Quest protein cookies! She says they taste just like frosted chocolate cake donuts. I agree with her. They are a little dry in texture but not overly sweet or chemical tasting like most nutrition bars. They are very small - barely larger than the size of an Oreo. Each one has 90 calories and 5g sugar alcohol. I felt satiated with only one, but my daughter ate two in one sitting. If you are sensitive to artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohol, this is probably one to pass on. The retail price was $8.98/box. I will wait to purchase these again when they are on sale.

I was diagnosed with prediabetes, so I had to change my diet. I now have one cookie every morning instead of the high carb breakfast I was eating. This cookie is filling. Eating it and drinking a cup of coffee satisfies me until lunch. I eat a sensible lunch and dinner. I am no longer prediabetic. My blood sugar is completely in the normal range. I love the great taste, and with little bits of chocolate chips, I feel like I am indulging in chocolate chip cookies. It almost feels like I am cheating. Another thing I like is there are no unhealthy ingredients in this product. I would definitely recommend this cookie.
The Quest chocolate chip cookie is the best keto-like cookie out there. It's texture is closest to a regular cookie and isn't mealy like so many other brands. The chocolate chip cookie has just enough chips to get 1-2 in every bite, and the chocolate chips are larger than the average chocolate chip cookie. What a relief to get a cookie that tastes pretty close to normal. PS stay away from their snickerdoodle cookie; it doesn't taste right.
I really like the cookies. There is something very nostolgic about the birthday cake cookies, those disappeared first. The chocolate chip are really good too, its the perfect balance of cookie and chocolate and I love that I can justify eating cookies as a way to get a little more protein in my diet. The peanut butter cookies used to be my favorite but this recent order seemed a little bit different, a little dry and tough compared to what I remember them being like last time. Still, the most pleasurable choice I can imagine as a post lifting treat/snack!
First time trying a quest cookie and its a first product I actually enjoyed. The quest chips are no good as well as their protein cookie and cream bar. BUTTTTt The cookie outdid itself. I am actually surprised that it was good, but like any other quest product it does not achieve an S tier rating. Would I eat it again?? maybe. But not everyday as a protein substitute.
I've tried all the Quest Cookie flavours and the best is the Oatmeal Raisin hands down (to bad it's discontinued). Was the closest tasting to the real deal! Felt like I was not sticking to my eating plan when I had them lol.Of the 4 available flavours that we currently have, my ratings for best to worst are as follows:1. Double Chocolate Chip2. Chocolate Chip3. Chocolate Chip PB4. Peanut ButterDon't get me wrong. Love peanut butter and have it everyday, but the formula just doesn't work for this particular cookie. Very dry and always need a beverage when eating these.I can only recommend this particular flavour if you're looking for a healthy cookie to curb that craving, that also has a great macro profile suitable for keto or low carb.
The Quest peanut butter chocolate chip protein cookies are hands down my absolute favorite snack available from Bariatric Pal. I eat several small meals a day and the protein cookies offer something different and have staying power. They fill me up and hold me over for a few hours. They're also really handy to keep in my overnight, go bag and even in my car for times I don't have time to eat a regular meal or can't get to food right away. The cookies are soft and not too sweet and are a generous size. There are also other flavors but the pb chocolate are my favorite!
These could not be nastier. The aftertaste is unbearable. Honestly every one of the Quest big cookies have a terrible aftertaste, as do all the protein bars. I’ll save you some money. The quest ‘tortilla’ chips in all flavors are actually pretty good. I don’t care for the cheddar chips. The ONLY cookies that are good are the small birthday cake cookies-they are great-and the small chocolate cookies are also good, but they are dry. The caramel and peanut candy bars are ok, and the brownie candy bars are yummy. But as I mentioned, ALL the large cookies and protein bars have the grossest aftertaste ever and in my opinion are not edible. Go for the Lenny and Larry ‘Boss’ cookies. Unless you love that artificial putrid taste, then forget everything I said. You’ve been ... MoreThese could not be nastier. The aftertaste is unbearable.
