I really enjoyed the cookies and cream flavour, a far cry from the first quest bar I ever tried from the chemist warehouse -chocolate brownie flavour. My lesson: do NOT buy quest bars from the chemist warehouse, they are stale, and taste like they have been fermented in alcohol. I've loved quest bars for ages and after trying a few, I've always stuck with cookies and cream. Everyone is correct about warming them up in the microwave - fabulous! I think about a year or so ago, they changed the recipe or something and to be honest, its not as yummy as they used to be (the colour of the bar is a lot darker too than the old ones).

Tried a few flavours. Personal favourites are Cinnamon Roll and Apple Pie. Chap working in the shop advised I put them in the microwave for about 10 seconds, literally life changing. Try it.

Add these to my meals or as a replacement if I'm busy or extra hungry. Taste good, not my favourite flavour but bloat me the least. Fill you up. They also stop my sweet cravings without the ridiculous extra calories. Make sure you have had plenty of water prior to eating them or they can bloat you.
Took me a little while (but only a little) to get used to them and have experimented with some different flavours. Personal taste will dictate which you prefer so I do suggest you use the 'mixed box' (or in store they have offered me a 'mix your own' option). But I do enjoy them and they are effective!
Chocolate Brownie is by far the best flavour (out of the ones I have tried) and actually tastes like a chocolate chocolate chocolatey brownie, cookies and cream is also good. A bit high in calories and fat (and price) to have as a snack everyday but overall very good product and makes for a good protein treat!

One of my faves, love the choc chip crunch and cookie dough texture. Its a great alternative as a treat when the family are eating their real naughty things and I can have one of these and also good when on the run with no time to eat.
