R1 WPI Protein 5lb Cookies & Cream by Rule 1

I have purchased this product in 2.2 Kg bottle. I love the choc biscuit flavour. The good things of this product are: less sugar, no salty. packed with protein. The choc biscuit flavour is easy to be taken and does not make me to get bored like many other flavours.It's a bit pricey however it offer high quality so I ma happy to buy it again.

WOW! This blends so smooth, no lumps, doesn't have gluggy texture, even with 2 scoops and 200ml almond milk. Choc mint is seriously delicious! Very clean flavour, not super sweet and just the right amount of mint. Reminds me of thin mints (US girl scout cookie!) Can't wait to try Fruitty Cereal.

First Protein I have ever Thrown out

Horrible, tasted like squashed ants. For breakfast I have been using Chocolate flavoured protein on cereal for over 20 years and tried many different brands. My son now also has protein powered on his weetbix. I have been happy with lots of different brands but settled on Syntha 6 Edge Chocolate MIlkshake I buy in the 100 serve bags. Unfortunately it was not available for a while so I switched to Sythna 6 however my son wanted to try different things and over the last 6 months bought 6 different proteins that he gave me as he found he preferred Syntha 6 Edge that is available again. I planned to use it up as a drink after workouts when I don't plan to have cereal but my wife got grumpy having it sit on the bench so I thought just chuck it out and stick to what I like.

Great Protein

Solid taste and mixes well with water or milk. Love that it’s triple filtered for the most important stuff. A little expensive but it’s got some extra goodies mixed in that make it all worth it. BCAA’s and glutamine. By far my favourite protein, looking forward to trying the cookies and cream (only tried the basic chocolate).

It's a very appropriate title. She helps us to understand it's meaning in the memoirs.

This was actually the second time that I ordered this book. It is an amazing book. To read through what this young girl had to go through, as many others I'm sure, was encouraging. She had wonderful training and a very strong conviction in her beliefs. She is a wonderful example. The quality of the publication was good. I'm satisfied with everything about this book. Thanks!

Lightly Salted Caramel

Hey, just wanted to say that this is a great product. It mixes incredible well. I really like it because I don’t find that it is overly sweet like so many protein powders are. I also find that there is next to no bloating using this product which is so great for me!!! I would highly recommend this protein powder.

Love this stuff!!

This stuff, simply put, is one of the best on the market! The flavor is fantastic, mixes extremely well with no chalkiness or separation. I mix mine with water, sometimes a scoop of peanut butter, half a banana and 2 scoops post gym. I have tried many types over the years and this is my go to. Even better, the price is really good on Campus Protein compared to sites like Amazon, M&S, bodybuilding etc. Do yourself a favor and get the chocolate peanut butter.

No frils product, just what I need

My goals are to build maximum muscle hypertrophy. I'm looking for a pure whey isolate, no fillers, thickening agents, as low as possible carb sugars, I'm looking to feed my muscle rather than my hips.I'm happy to sacrifice taste and mouth feel for protein and nothing else. At first I thought, hay: this stuff feels very thin in the mouth, but I persisted with it, and it's doing what I need it to do, build muscle, not add fat to the hips. In terms of value for money, it's also the best in it's field.Flavour is acceptable.Also don't forget, if you want to build maximum muscle hypertrophy & minimum fat on hips, drink lots of water, I'm currently on aprx 6L a day, and this is achieving goals.

This is the good stuff

My trainer got me onto this, and I’ll never look back. Have tried a bunch of flavours;chocolate fudge (yum!),chocolate peanut butter (AMAZING)fruit cereal (yum!)vanilla butter cake (good and super buttery!)strawberry creme (too sweet and not to my taste)salted caramel (tasted weird to me)frozen banana (the only one I really didn’t enjoy, but I don’t like banana flavours so eh)Never bloaty, never gritty, mixes perfectly smooth in just water and works a treat in smoothies.I’m obsessed, can’t wait to try even more flavours!

Worst delivery experience ever

I bought two Rule 1 protein powders exactly the same but was delivered 1 natural and one artificially flavoured. We had to drive all the way to the Chatswood store to swap the incorrect powder for the natural Rule 1 powder and received no apology or any explanation. I also paid for express shipping as we had run out and received it almost a week later. Really poor experience and service. It would have been easier to just buy the artificially flavoured Rule 1 protein powder at our local store to avoid all the hassle.
