I got a sample of the lotion and bought the whole line of body care a few days later. The smell is AMAZING! The top note of lemon dissipates quickly and leaves a velvety, woody, cashmere like scent. It's very similar to the Amika haircare scent. I think that's why I like it so much. It is not greasy and absorbs quickly. It is not light but not rich either. If you need something heavy duty you may want something heavier. However, I won't repurchase the hand cream for a few reasons: I like the intent of the packaging but it needs to be executed better. A flip top would be more hygienic and prevent the breakage I see a lot of people are experiencing. Also, it is SO HARD to squeeze the product out. The same goes for the body lotion. I LOVE this lotion, but I am killing myself to get it out of the bottle each time I use it. Why is it so difficult to use?? The lotion itself is fantastic. Does everything it says it does and smells wonderful. But if the packaging doesn’t change I CAN’T continue to purchase it, because trying to use it is literally making my hands hurt. I cannot imagine what people with arthritis have to endure trying to squeeze the product out of this bottle. Selena, I use Rare Beauty make up exclusively - and will continue to do so, but I am OUT on this hand and body lotion unless the packaging becomes more user friendly. I know you can do better!

Very pleasantly surprised by this product. The smell is nice, inoffensive - a floral silicone-like scent with hints of peach and deep greenery. You can only smell it by smearing it in and smelling it closely on your hand.It’s extremely non greasy, but also very hydrating. A pea sized amount is enough for both hands. Nourishes and sets in really quickly.It is only 53ml though. At the same time, if it takes a pea sized amount it should last a good bit.Good for winter when I’m trying it, but also I can see it being nice all year round because it feels so light but hydrating. The scent is also very passive if you are someone who dislikes heavily perfumed creams. I don’t think the fragrance gets in the way of the formula here.

The packaging is cute and fun. I really appreciate that the top doesn’t twist off completely which makes using this on-the-go easier. I found it easy to squeeze out the cream. Has a lightweight texture that feels nourishing and protective without being heavy or greasy. Absorbs super fast. Leaves my hands feeling soft and soothes dry spots. Love the earthy/woody scent- it’s noticeable, but not overpowering. Overall, I really love this but I do think the price point is kind of high given the amount of product. If I could give this a 3.5 stars I would.The hand cream definitely moisturizes my hands instantaneously. I have noticed, though, that after I wash my hands I need to reapply. This is usual with most hand creams and lotions I have tried but I was honestly expecting a little bit of a better product longevity than drugstore branded products. I love hand lotions and creams that continue working by penetrating the skin as you work throughout the day but this isn't really it.I love that it does not leave a greasy feeling or film on my skin. If I touch things immediately after applying, I am not leaving fingerprints. To be honest, this is a bit pricy for what it is and the performance. I feel like I could probably find a comparable product at a grocery or drug store.
