Ravensburger - Horrified Game

This game is so fun and really gets you thinking. If you are a fan of Cooperative Strategy games then this one is for you. Similar to Pandemic with a horror twist and all your favorite monsters

Fun family collaboration game! It has an old-school horror movie feel. Choose how many monsters to fight to make your game easier or harder. It can be a single player game too. Really fun game.

A Monster Mash

Bought this for myself and husband wanting to get a strategy game and something different. Being a fan of classic horror movies this caught my eye and after watching a few play-throughs online and videos explaining the rules had great fun playing. The quality of the art, design and pieces are stunning and in vibrant technicolor too. It was a graveyard smash!

Excellent family game

This game could quite easily be overlooked by most, but is probably one of the most fun family games we have played since Ticket to Ride Europe.Although the game states 10+, my 8 year old plays this with ease as the game is very well guided with the instructions and each player card.As a family game, the atmosphere the game brings is superb and with 6 classic monsters, the amount of variations the game presents is amazing. You can choose to play against 2, 3 or 4 monsters with the latter being the hardest level. So far only played with 2 monsters, rules are relatively simple so it makes game play smooth! Well worth a buy for expanding your co-op games

A fun game that is easy to learn and play thanks to well written and easy to follow instructions. As a fan of classic horror movies I enjoyed it immensely, the figurines are really cool.

Horrorifyingly Good Fun

I bought this game as it can be played solo, as well as in a group. The aim of the game is to beat the monsters and save the villagers. The game is set up, so that is possible to play against 2,3 or 4 monsters, depending on how difficult you want the game to be. I have found that an hour or so passes very quickly when playing. Each of the heroes has their own special power to help defeat the monsters. The game is well presented and of good quaility. The monsters are plastic figures . All other characters are cardboard flats. I can really recommend this game. Now where did I put my sake and spare silver bullets?

Just wow!

Wow. I have been trying to get my 5 and 8 year old into some slightly more advanced games and it has been hard to find a hit (except for Isle of Cats) until now. They absolutely adore Horrified and have been asking to play nearly every night. Yes there is a certain luck element in each game but they have been planning ahead quite a bit as well. The monster figure definitely help with their enthusiasm but it is more than that. Each game has its own story and is nail biting until the end. As an adult I like it a lot also and the solo experience is definitely challenging.

Lots of fun

This was a great hit at the gaming group. Rules are simple to pick up and goals are easy to see. With multiple monsters each game will be different, and we had fun playing different characters with their unique ability.It’s nice you can adjust difficulty with the amount of monsters you put on the board / particular monster. We started with the recommended intro of Dracula and Creature and was easy to win, but when tried with standard three random monsters we failed! So game does take a bit of strategy, it’s not a face roll. Really fun to play, as a co-op game we were continually talking to figure out the next few steps.So all up, would definitely recommend. Nine tana leaves worth of fun...

A fab game for all lovers of the classic Universal Monster movies of the 1930's and 1940's. Handsomely made, and very playable.
