Decent headset despite faulty USB-C Dongle

Headset was great quality. Great sound quality, comfortable and fits well. I was going for a wireless headset and these looked pretty nice. But the downside was I had a faulty USB-C Wireless Dongle that worked for 2 minutes and stopped functioning after that. Tried it on two different laptops with the same issue. If you're going for wireless headsets I wouldn't put my confidence in this headset. Using it plugged wasn't an issue, works perfectly well. Also, the design of the dongle is impractical for me as it covers the USB port next to it on my Asus TUF A17. Ended up returning it and opting for a different headset.

The headset when it first arrived back in July of 2021, the dongle was broken and had to get a replacement from a local JB store, but when I got a replacement it was great!....for at least a year. today as of writing this review the right ear cup joint that connects the headset to the headband broke at the screws. Despite that breaking I can't say that it hasn't been a pleasure using this headset. It's hasn't dropped out once besides walking away from it with the headset on of course. It has nice audio that is great for what it's designed for. But please don't go into this thinking it has great noise isolation. it doesn't stop outside noise from getting in.

Cons: Headset beeps so loud it ruptures you ear drums to indicate low battery. That's a perfectly good feature, however, mine will randomly beep every 5-10 minutes (It rarely happens when fully charged, mostly happens at around 70-80% but it can range from 1-4 beeps in a row and has sometimes randomly turned off with a tonne of battery still in it) essentially cutting all audio for up to 2 seconds just to beep at you, or turning off, having a few second delay before it can be turned on again, beeping 4 to SIX times before turning back on essentially leaving you deaf for the entire duration of WW2, which for any use is terrible. You can't even disable this because Razer stopped supporting this headset in the software so this has been driving me insane for the past ... MoreCons: Headset beeps so loud it ruptures you ear drums to indicate low battery. You can't even disable this because Razer stopped supporting this headset in the software so this has been driving me insane for the past year. Build quality is cheap but strong enough to outlast warranty, it suffers from every cheaper razer headset issue where the swivel/adjustment part will snap under normal use causing the earmuff to float freely (had 3 Razer products do this as well as this headset, other reviews mention it), headband is there for looks, doesn't do anything.Pros: sound is good enough, not a huge sound dude but they're a bit tinny and bass oriented for sure. Surprisingly comfy for the cheap earmuff padding and lack of headband padding, sometimes you forget they're on, cables that come with it are nice, the mic is passable for certain types of voices (favors deeper voices, sorry to the young blokes), has wireless controls for music/video (1 click is pause, 2 clicks is skip and 3 is previous media) which for the sale price is unexpected. Certainly a strong pick when on sale if you just want a cheap n dirty wireless headset.

So far, so good. I actually bought this headset for work, not for gaming, because I was having trouble hearing my conversations in a noisy office. This headphones provide pretty good noise cancellation, so I have been able to concentrate much better now. Good instructions, easy set up. Headset feels sturdy, but not uncomfortable to wear. Initially when I was testing the headset I thought my microphone seemed a bit quiet, but everyone I've spoken to so far has said they can hear me clearly. Since I was paying for this (and not my employers!) I just wanted something relatively cheap that did the job, so I feel like I got good value here (this was one of the cheapest wireless headsets I found).Service from Harvey Norman was very good as well. Good Points: These headphones looks absolutely amazing. I really like the design of it. Sound quality is good not amazing but you get what you pay for right. The ear cups keep a good seal and it removes alot of the background noise when you are playing some music. They are comfortable to wear as well.Improvement Points: The biggest issue I had was the adapter not fitting my phone due to my case. I wished if it had Bluetooth so I could connect it wireless. The other issue is it doesn't have an in built mic and it comes separately. I understand it is a gaming headset but I used it as a daily until I got my galaxy buds. Overall it's a good gaming headset not the best for a daily headset.

For the Price spent on Wireless! seems these particular headphones sound Quality Check was fully neglected, NOT! recommended for intense cinematic gaming at ALL! Very disappointed in purchase (MightyApe - N/A). It will crackle under any EQ enhancements and can not handle the basics of Virtual Sound in gaming/music/movie. Starwars Old Republic sure as hell made these things look cheap, in fact Warehouse brand is better. You be warned Shoppers this is a Knockoff avoid any purchase recommended. (P.S if you're FX/EQ savvy, tweeting required)

The thing is badly made.

I just bought this online a week ago, and it finally arrived. The headset has average sound, but everyone else can hear the music your playing, like absolutely everything. The thing comes with faulty bluetooth and does not even work wirelessly. I have been using it wired, which was not my intended use. I bought this, thinking it might be a good headphone and like for gaming, but it was quite a disappointment. I expected more from Razer products.
