I bought this as I had the 99.99 sound bar. I returned it as I wanted to see if the subwoofer version will boost sound and wow I am talking about amazing. I never used any soundbar products at all and normally I could use the typical Samsung bars but bought this product instead. The downside to this is the price as I feel all Razer products are overpriced and not surprised this is overpriced. The soundbar is a bit bulky for a soundbar but will not knock down a star for this. The RGB lighting is dim while the lights on but my office is dim so it is noticeable. The equalizer was something to get use to but overall I am a person who is easy to please. Overall it is an excellent product but very expensive as I could have went with a Samsung sound bar for 100 dollars ... MoreI bought this as I had the 99.99 sound bar. Asked a question before purchase (it's on the website now)Q: Does this come with a USB-C adapter that can be plugged into a standard wall socket for power? My son is a casual gamer and had a very inexpensive 2.1 setup on his PC. This leveled him up in sound quality and he likes the RGB as well. Haven't really tried to push it too hard but very pleased. Good value for money also. It was a bit of a last minute Christmas purchase. After some research and deciding to purchase BestBuy had them in stock (nobody else did) and available for same day pickup. A+ to BestBuy on that.

I wasnt sure what to expect from a computer speaker. I even debated getting a similar soundbar like the Sonos Ray. I have no regrets. This soundbar sounds really good, even for the size. Bass has some good depth for how compact the subwoofer is and the range of sound is more than enough for playing games on PC. If you have any other Razer gear, this is a must to complete the setup.
The V2 is awesome, and sounds great. Period. The RGB is a nice touch. Controls through Synapse work well (for me at least). Having it set to THX surround sound helped the sound settle into the room a lot more. The only reason I am giving this a 4/5 is due to the fact that the only way you can input the sound is through usb-c. If it had more port options (optical, etc.), then I would have been much happier.
I used to use a JBL Charge 4 as a speaker for my laptop, so this is a massive trade-up. Great sound quality. If you play something with surround sound audio, it's instantly recognizable with the soundbar. Good bass too, although, if the bass is too much then the soundbar moves ahead due to its rear facing speakers. One caveat would be that this definitely needs an equalizer to achieve peak performance. Others have also talked about the soundbar lacking ports, and also the Razer Synapse software being a bit janky. I have used Synapse for non-audio Razer products for the last month or so and they have been working fine, but it might be different for audio products. Great value for money at this price range.
Use this on my gaming setup. Also have a razer headset which I was very happy with so this was an easy decision. Looks great and sounds awesome. I can press a button on the sound bar and switch between the headset and sound bar and back which is a big plus. I heard some people complain that it only has USB connection but that's how my wireless headset connects (2.4ghz dongle) so what's the big deal.
I enjoy it thoroughly. I really skimp a lot on PC parts. Refurbs, buy stuff a few gens back, etc. I work from home and wanted some better audio. Figured if I'm stuck here all day might as well invest something into improving the environment. Fits nicely on my desk, setup super easy. Spotify can switch from it, to alexa, and back again. Only complaint is the Synapse app. it seems to be finicky with both this device and my keyboard.
These speakers pack big sound in a small package. IMO, they're fairly balanced (EQ can be tuned via Razers app which if fairly intuitive). They're great for listening to music and providing spatial sound for gaming; which is great for PC gaming to enhance immersion during gaming. In a room that is 20 ft X 30 ft, these speakers have no problem filling it up with sound.
Fantastic sound, easy setup, works well with my other razer products. I have over the ear headphones with a mic for when I want to play games that require me to interact with other people, but sometimes I just wanna kick back and play with the speakers on. This is fantastic for that purpose, very good sound, and with the THX features they sound great. They can also be turned up loud enough that I can listen to music throughout my whole house if I wanted to. Pretty great so far, after about two weeks.
