Bought 2 of these for my kids. Had them for 2 weeks now. They are great. To show you the great battery life...I'll give you my experience when I(190lbs) ride the bike with my 6yo 40lb daughter on same seat (..so worst case scenario at 230lbs) :). Rode them as much as 7 miles on somewhat hilly roads without running out of battery. After battery turns yellow..to low..i have been able to go at least 10 more minutes or about a 2 miles or so. The battery seems to last for a very long time. They say 40 minutes continuously...which (no one really does) translates into an hour and a half of fun with stops etc. I also have 2 boys are 6 and 8 years old. They both ride the bike without any problems. Took the 6 year old a couple of tries but he is now perfectly comfortable with ... MoreBought 2 of these for my kids. Had them for 2 weeks now. I was worried because the bike is heavy at over 90 lbs, but they are stable while riding and the kids never have to deal with the weight. My 6 year old daughter is afraid to ride it so we ride together...so far bike had held up.Negative: Front suspension and front disk brakes are noisy. They are noisy no matter the weight(230lbs or 50lbs) on the bike.Overall, kids love them around the house. Adults can use them if you want to go on mini trips...one for the adult one for a child. You will look goofy but will have as big a smile as your kid while riding.. Soon I'll have to buy another for my daughter. :)SPEED: Clocked it at about 18 mi/h on flat street, with 190lbs on the bike. My kids pass me easily probably getting around 20mph

This Dirt Bike is super fun. I bought it for my 8 year old for his birthday. He is small so i was worried it would be too big for him. Its a little heavy, but he has no problem. Hopped right on and was having a blast. Im 180lbs and it has no problem when i ride it. Its pretty fast, but not gas dirt bike fast. Perfect for a first time dirt bike.

I purchased 2 of the these in April 2022, as of July 2022 one has completely stopped working. It clicks, shows full battery but does not turn over whatsoever. Garage kept. Never been wet or in real muddy conditions. Will update outcome once someone responds from customer service. The dirt bike seemed to be a great bike. 17 mphs/real shocks. Easy to assemble. Fun to ride. However being double the price gas powered you’d expect it to last longer than THREE months.

This is my first dirt bike and still is fun to this day crazy fast on the road but the smallest bit slow in grass or uphill But fun My batteries did die out but I fixed it. it was not that hard and is cheap to fix I recommend getting mighty max batteries made for mx500/mx650If your batteries die out fun is so fun that I destroyed some of my mother's backyard riding it so much. RAZOR HAS THE BEST electric vehicles
Im very impressed with the power and longevity of this bike! We initially had bought two 350s in the store, but they were smaller than I had expected. We kept one of them for my 10 year old, and purchased this bigger version for my 13 year old. It runs great around the neighborhood, seems to last a lot longer than the 40 minutes. I even have fun zipping around on it and Im 37!My husband put it together in about 30 minutes. He said he had trouble getting the front wheel on, but once he laid down a bunch of cardboard so he could flip the bike completely upside down it made it very easy.We have some pretty rough trails near our neighborhood and the kids said it was really bumpy for that. But if you have smoother trails or a big backyard this would work great!
the top of the line razor mx 650. great for kids 12 and up. helmet is a necessity. charges quickly and lasts for 30 - 50 minutes depending on tertian and weight of rider. assembly is simple and all tools are included. takes a out 20 minutes to assemble. then you'll need to charge it 8 - 12 hours before the first use.
It looks so different when you have it in front of you. It's way too small! Apparently is for young people above 16 years old, but no, it's for a 10 years-old small size kid. One more thing that I didn't like is that it is too noisy. It has grinding and cracking noises coming from the rear wheel. There is nothing in the manual that prepares us for that noise, maybe some little note in the troubleshooting page that advises lubricating the chain, but the problem is not the chain, it's what is inside the wheel, so I put some grease in the axles and the bearings and the grinding sounds, diminished. Unfortunately, I couldn't fix the cracking sound. Think twice before buying this mini bike if you want it for a tall kid or for yourself. Buy it only if you have a large yard ... MoreIt looks so different when you have it in front of you. It's way too small! Pros: These dirt bikes, like most other Razor products, are very well-made. They use quality materials and utilize simple but strong designs and construction. The wiring is robust, the welds are clean, the plastics are thick and flexible, but if you bend them too far, you'll get a foggy white line where it was over-flexed. It's fast and comfortable, and it's really fun to ride, even for a 175-pound dad.Cons: The only trouble areas on our specific bike are with the brake cables being a bit too tight from the factory- during the first ride, the front wheel locked up and skidded when only light pressure was applied. Getting it right requiried at least an hour, and a lot of trial and error with additional tools (which weren't included) to set up properly. Getting it right requiried at least an hour, and a lot of trial and error with additional tools (which weren't included) to set up properly. Also, the rear wheel sprocket clutch is noisy at times which makes me think there may be an issue with the internal components. Time will tell, but Razor customer service has been great in the past if anything were to break under warranty. The only issue that I can't do anything about was the dime-size dent in the tubular rear wheel carrier/lower suspension assembly (rear fork?). The bike was packaged very well, which makes me believe it was dented at the factory and wasn't caught by quality control. I'll contact customer service for a possible replacement part, but replacing it will be a big job.Assembly was straightforward, but your bike is like ours, you'll be wrestling with the front axle bolt for a while. There appears to be a floating sleeve inside the front wheel hub that isn't secured to anything. Getting it to align properly is a chore, and the clearances between the axle bolt and this sleeve are very tight (great for reliability, but very difficult for assembly). To make this easier, lay the bike down perfectly flat (we used the box to lay it on), align the sleeve in the front hub with a small screwdriver, then carefully transfer it to the fork and slide the axle bolt through. It was impossible for the front wheel to be installed with the bike upright as the sleeve would slip down and out of alignment.Overall, we love this bike. It's very durable, but if anything breaks, replacement parts are available (unlike most less-expensive imported dirtbikes). We're happy with the $539 purchase price (with free shipping) at Walmart.com as other popular retailers are listing it for $200-300 more. With a little maintenance and fresh batteries every few years, this thing will last forever. Also, this bike hasn't changed at all over the past 7 or 8 years, which tells you it's a good, reliable design. Motor and battery modification kits are widely available online if you want to upgrade the speed and range in the future (after your warranty is up). I understand too that you can upgrade the rear shock with a tunable mountain bike shock to smooth out the ride based on how and where you ride it, and it's a direct fit (no cutting or hardware substitutions necessary). Just buy it. You won't regret it!
Razor is a great e bike. A name you can trust. My family has had several. Long lasting. Re sell them when they are out grown. Still run. Looks great. This one is fast. Definitely for 14-16 year olds. Police keep stopping us to go off road it looks so much like a real dirt bike instead of a Toy!
It started with the Razor dirt quad for my then four year old son. He loved it and rode it daily. When he turned five, we purchased the Razor MX350 for him to experience the two wheel dirt experience. He loved it and and practiced daily on it. Soon his three year old brother was riding the dirt quad with him. Great outdoor fun and bonding on well built, durable machines. About four months ago, my now four year old asked if he could ride his brother's dirt bike. I obliged, and he hasn't stopped riding his big brother's MX350 since. I was happy my older son shared his bike, but it created the need to find a replacement for him. I researched and debated between the SX500 and the MX650. It is stout and strong. It fits my son perfectly. I look forward to him enjoying it for many years to come. The product is worth its's price tag. The smiles and good times it provides are priceless.
