I really like the effect of taking Total War before my workouts. I feel like I get good pumps and a solid energy boost.The major downside is the taste for me. I got the Sour Gummy Bear flavor because it was on the 3 for $50 deal. That is absolutely the worst tasting preworkout I've ever had. Should have gone with the Rocket Pop 3-pack instead. There is also a burning in the throat after drinking it that I've yet to experience with any other preworkouts.Can't beat the price, though, and it delivers for the workouts. Just leaves a bit to be desired on the taste end of things.Will definitely choose a different flavor next time.

Good taste. Well packaged and free bonus. Enhanced subjective workout experience.As an over 60 guy, I half scooped for a week. It went OK. Then 1 full scoop triggered rhabdomyolisis and had me down for a week. I am taking no stimulants.People over 50, caution. Not a product problem. Simply an age related risk.Young guys. Do not dry scoop and hydrate, hydrate hydrate. Do not use on top of ADD DRUGS, caffeine, methamphetamine, etc.Still love the MRE, MRE LITE and tees. Will keep buying these products.No fault or blame is ascribed to Redcon. This is a subject, not product, related problem.

Believe the hype. This pre workout is something else. Decent level of caffeine and added di caffeine Malate to prevent any crash… and a thermo ingredient. I can honestly say this makes me fired up and start to sweat and heat up, brilliant, especially on a cold day where you don’t feel it. The beta alanine gives the tingles but in a good way not over the top.Flavours wise I’ve tried green apple, sour gummy bear and watermelon, which I like in that order taste wise. The apple is best I think, really packs a punch! Started having this during lockdown training in the garage and not stopped, brilliant supplement. The God of pre workout

Absolutely the best pre workout hands down. I am 47 years old and I have used Total War for over a year consistently. I’ve tried other brands when I first started going to the gym, but never got the effects or results like I do with Total War. It would be very hard to convince me to switch to another brand after using Total War and the flavor of Green Apple is on point and gone in 2 to 3 gulps. Yeah it’s sour, but that’s me. Plus side is that it take literally no time to feel it kick in ( 5 to 8 mins for me) so I’m drinking it on my way to the door of the gym. I feel the pre workout all throughout my time at the gym ( 1 to 2 hours) and have no crash after it wears off. Also having other Redcon1 supplements to stack with it is a plus. Amazing as other Redcone1 flawors.Most important are ingredients. It is EXACTLY what gives you crazy pump and focus and doses are where they should be. This guys aren’t stingy and amount on the label is what is inside for sure.Reason I am using total war and all other Redcone1 supps for years now is CONSISTENCY! No bad batch! First scoop hit the same as last, protein flavors are the same always and they mix perfectly, other supps just work, they do the job. Why would you look elsewhere?I got bunch of apparel too and I can same the same - prime quality.Try this company and you gonna be very satisfied. They know where is at. ☝🏻
This review is on the flavor and NOT the product.The product is hands down 4-5 for your baseline pre to stack with.The flavor, pineapple, is okay. I love tropical flavors - Pineapple is a favorite and hard to find a good flavor in powder form. Flavor is there but a little bland and a little too sweet. (I like a more citrusy tart or sour twist, and don’t eat sugar myself so things normally taste sweeter to me.) Adding lemon or lime juice or stacking it with another product really does the trick though! Another great combo (if you want a great pineapple taste, pumps and shred) is mix half total war with half double tap (both pineapple flavor) and add lemon calm and lime packets.
This preworkout gives you everything that your average gym goer who is looking to perform at peak levels needs. It absolutely rips. I personally just tried it for the first time a little over a month ago, and I think it is one of the best preworkouts I’ve ever used. Energy levels are definitely heightened, focus is locked in, and your pump is immense. I also think there is like a “peppery kick” in the beginning almost a little kick of spice if you will. That gets me fired up. I recommend this preworkout if you’re looking to lock in and get a nice pump. Also it doesn’t make you itch like some of the other preworkouts that are out there.
I never understand what all the fuss was with pre-workout until I tried total war. On my first try I did a quarter dose as I was concerned I would be sensitive to the caffeine. I barely felt different, I just noticed I felt calm, focused and I wasn’t tiring as quickly and beat every plateau I was at in my workouts. On average I could do 3 more reps than when I didn’t use total war, and lifted 1-2 levels higher on every machine than my previous workout. Usually when I increase my weight I cannot simultaneously increase my reps. i know this is from total war! The difference in my gains since using this product is also visually different! Stop settling with plateauing on your progress, use total war and break every barrier!
Your products are second to none- everything is awesome and everything works the way it is advertised, but for as great as your products are, your shipping over the last six- months has been equally horrendous! Every order takes longer than the last. It’s to the point that it’s almost not worth it anymore.It's like you got so big that it now ok cool give us your money and you’ll get your stuff when you get it. I used to get my orders within a week when you were in Boca, now they take a month or more. It’s not like you are sourcing this stuff from some manufacturer- you ARE the manufacturer.I’m really looking for a reason to keep spending my money with you but it just keeps getting more and more frustrating. Make it make sense.
honestly so trash. flavor is disgusting (I got tropical punch at a vitamin shoppe). first time taking I did a full scoop and got the tingles SO bad and was so nauseous. but 1/2 a scoop or 1/4 scoop does absolutely nothing. energy lasts for what feels like 5 minutes and then its gone (when not a full scoop). So I literally have zero benefit from taking this. If you're looking for pure energy c4 is WAY more effective, efficient, valuable, more affordable, AND tastes better. Also this does nothing for my body. I wish I could return but it's been more than 30 days so vitamin shoppe won't take it back. I ordered GHOST Burn because that actually helps me lose weight (forces your body to burn more calories and utilize fat as energy source) and feel good about myself. this ...
