I wish I had before and after photos that show the extent to which this shampoo transforms your hair (along with the conditioner). My hair has always been frizzy and really dry/brittle looking. My waves were extremely unhealthy and they looked matted, even when completely detangled. Now after using the Redken All Soft Argan Oil Shampoo, my hair is silky and the waves are well defined. It smells really good as well! The bottles last me anywhere between 6-8 months because I don’t need a lot of product, so the value is worth it. This is my go-to shampoo and I haven’t used anything else since I tried it!

I have very long hair and it is also thick so I have to be picky about the shampoo/conditioners I use. Most conditioners will not take the tangles out of my hair but this one immediately did! It didn't take as much as it would if I were using something else. The smell is amazing! My hair feels so silky and smooth when I use this conditioner as well as the shampoo. I will definitely purchase this when I run out of this one..which I was given in exchange for review. I wish the bottles were bigger lol but there isn't one bad thing I can say about it. It's amazing!

I wish I had before and after photos that show the extent to which this shampoo transforms your hair (along with the conditioner). My hair has always been frizzy and really dry/brittle looking. Only conditioner that completely detangles, softens my horse’s fragile, brittle and easily tangled mane and tail.Beautiful shiny manes and tails are important asset for any horse.It took me 30 years to find a conditioner that performs this well.Buying a new bottle at a much higher price point than in the past, but so very worth it.My horse’s and Bernadoddle’s bath kits would not be satisfactory without this product.Think it would be fabulous for thick, tight human hair.
The AllSoft Product is great. Even my hair dresser noticed now soft ans more manageable my hair is during my last haircut. However, I sent a message the date I received my order (1/5/2024) to notify someone from Redken L’Oréal that the conditioners lid came open during shipping and a lot of the contents were spilled into the box. Neither containers were sealed shut, taped securely as other vendors have done during previous experiences. I assumed Redken would secure shipping of their contents like other large retailers do. To date I have not heard back, despite sending photos and a follow up email as requested from a CSR. I highly recommend the product but advise purchasing elsewhere.
I wanted to like this conditioner and it's certainly not awful, but wow does it leave my hair limp and lifeless. I have very coarse, wavy hair that can usually tolerate heavy conditioners, but something about this one leaves it looking terrible and flat. Based on the description I thought it would be ok, though. I've used this with clarifying shampoos and my hair is still flat. I've tried it with the matching shampoo and my hair is even flatter. Unfortunately I don't get a huge boost in nourishment for the trade off on flatness. 2 stars because it's bad, but didn't cause actual damage other than having to wash 4 times as fast.

I have lots of wavy hair but it is in the finer side, which can make hair oils a little complicated for me. The first time I tested this was when I really needed to wash my hair, but was pushing the limits of dry shampoo and hot tools. Put this on the ends and bam, my hair looked fresh and polished like fresh washed hair. Most hair products look great on clean hair, but for me, I need to see how they do on hair that is riding that fine line. This passed the test. Once I was out I towel dried my hair and then got a pea sized amount of leave in conditioner, rubbed together with my hands and then applied to my hair. I did use a hair dryer and wow first thing I couldn’t believe was that it definatly did help with detangling my hair usually my hair is so tangled it’s a nightmare. Another thing I noticed it smelled amazing!!!!! Once dried my hair felt so soft minus the frizz. Usually I can’t find the perfect combo of frizz and softness! But these worked amazingly on my hair. I had literally no fly always and my hair looks really healthy. I would give this a 10/10 it’s amazing it’s actually really given me a confidence boost as my hair looks amazing! I had used the All Soft line years ago and liked it, but felt sometimes it could be heavy on my thin hair. I tried this this new one and have fallen in love. As a matter of fact, I switched fully to this routine. And I was using Kerastase products, so already had high expectations. The conditioner felt very hydrating but lightweight at the same time. It didn't weight my hair down and I felt it was more bouncy than usual. The detangling action was amazing, felt like my hair was melting it was so soft. 10 out of 10.
