Redken Frizz Dismiss Conditioner - 500ml

Starting last year, I’ve only been using professional shampoos and conditioners. Yes, they cost more than the drugstore brands but I find that I can actually skip washing my hair for a few days and my hair’s still okay. I only wash my hair twice a week. I like this Redken Conditioner because aside from its scent, it actually tames my hair even if I don’t style it (I use my styling tool once a week- usually on a weekend). This Redken Frizz Dismiss conditioner is currently my favorite as it does not weigh my hair down at all, still keep it manageable and I notice less frizz overall. I love how my hair smells too! It doesn’t have a strong scent, it’s just pleasant. Highly recommend.

Amazing!!

I received complimentary of Bzz agent to review products. Redken frizz dismiss Shampoo, conditioner, and leave in. I love the Dove repair shampoo and conditioner. After receiving this I love my hair looks healthier and a lot less frizzier. Especially when I use no heat products then just go over with iron using g heat protectant. It is more costly than Dove, but as far as my frizz it works better. My hair is damaged from dying and toning. I've been buying olaplex products here and there as I can afford. I really am grateful to try this product. I don't need olaplex I can just use the shampoo,, conditioner, leave in product. My hair is healthier and smoother. If your hair is fried, dry and brittle must try!

Incredible for Coarse Hair

My hair is wavy, coarse, and extremely frizzy. As I age, I began to wonder if there was any hope for me. When I have damage, Olaplex does the trick, but what about after it's repaired? Well, in the winter I can get away with using Moroccan Oil products, but I live in the humid South. Humidity destroys my hair otherwise, so I gave the shampoo and conditioner a go. After washing, I use Pureologu's color fanatic leave in conditioner, Frizz Dismiss Rebel tame, Olaplex 6 styling cream, and Moroccan Oil hair oil treatment. HOLY CRAP, I was unprepared! I can even go to ten days or beyond that and still have beautiful hair. To accomplish this, I use a dry shampoo on my roots and hair oil on my mids and ends when they are dry. I do use a hair mask every other week, but it's one of the Moroccan oil ones. I'm sure the Frizz Dismiss Hair Masque works great too. I just haven't tried it. I also like Olaplex no. 8.

Lives up to it's name! Love it!

Love this conditioner! I have 4C thick natural coily and curly hair. This tamed of my hair like a dream! The consistency is thick and creamy. It has a great, almost fruity scent, but it's not overpowering. I prefer it over most other conditioners that I've used. It really defined my curls and it gave me enough slip that I could easily detangle them. I highly recommend this conditioner. I'm leaving this review and exchange for a free sample I received.

Not enough Hydration

I am giving an honest review of Redken Frizz Dismiss Conditioner after receiving a sample product.I like the bottle and ease of knowing I am grabbing the Conditioner not the shampoo in the shower. The bottle is clearly marked Conditioner. The product is thick and I needed to use more than usual to be able to run my fingers through my shoulder length hair. The scent is pleasant. I left the Frizz Defense on for 5 minutes and used a comb to work through. After rinsing, I knew that my hair would be less hydrated than usual. It was a difficult process of many knots to brush my hair after using this product. My hair felt very dry and less manageable. If you have oily hair, this may work. I have color treated hair and absolutely need more hydration than Frizz Defense.

Oh, so much frizz!

I was so excited to try this product, but I am thoroughly disappointed. I have long, thick, wavy-curly hair that is becoming increasingly prone to frizz as I age. I've been looking for options to decrease frizz and increase softness and figured this would do the trick. I was especially excited when I first tried it as it feels awesome when applied -- thoroughly coating the hair and leaving it smooth as the product is rinsed out. But, alas, it seems to have the completely opposite effect on my hair post-rinse. My hair has never been frizzier! As soon as it starts to dry, every strand separates from its friends and poofs up and out. I've had to wear my hair in a bun every day since trying it because it's too unmanageable. Redken Frizz Dismiss Shampoo

I received this product free from Redken and BzzAgent in return for my honest review. I used Redken Frizz Dismiss Conditioner following Redken Frizz Dismiss Shampoo. This conditioner is thick and luxurious. Like the shampoo, a little of this conditioner will go a long way. I like that it is lightly scented. This conditioner left my hair feeling and looking soft and smooth. I would definitely recommend this conditioner to anyone looking for a great quality conditioner to help control frizz.

So Thick!

This conditioner is so thick! As soon as I put the product in my hand, I knew it was going to be good simply based on how thick it was. After I used the matching shampoo I squeezed out the excess water and put this on my ends then put my hair in a clip while I continued with my shower. I left it in for a few minutes and then rinsed it out and knew immediately my hair was going to feel so good. It rinsed out nicely and smells so good. I followed up with the leave in treatment and my hair seriously looked like I had a blowout from the salon. And it looked that way for the rest of the day on a very humid day. I was very happy with this!

I'm one that's ALWAYS super skeptical about reviews when I'm thinking about buying a new product to try bc there's always way too many to choose from and what works for me might not necessarily work for you. With that being said you can not go wrong with Redken's Frizz Dismiss Conditioner especially if you live in the gosh awful humidity of the south like I do!! It's public enemy number 1 in my book but now with Redken by my side I no longer have to fear walking outside and my hair becoming unruly. This condition doesn't make my hair greasy and the smell lingers for days it smells sophisticated and sexy and my husband always tells me how good my hair smells when I use Redken Frizz Dismiss!!
