This unit would have gotton 5 stars except for a strange problem it possesses. I placed it on a very expensive recliner. When in place I am careful to keep the recliner in a straight up position. Even though the chair is in a perfect L configuration, there is no way the neck massage portion of the massage unit ca get close to the back of my neck unles I do a painful push backwards against the unit. That position is impossible to hold for long. I would say that this experience requires me to caution all that only a kitchen or dining room chair can be sucessfully used,any chair with a hard and firm 'L' shape and no stuffing on any kind.

I bought this product because I suffer from scoliosis and lower back can start hurting sooo much but This product is amazing! It gives you a strong but relaxing massage. It’s worth the money! 10/10 would recommend.

This is an excellent back massage. Discovered I have a vertebrae out of place when I first used it. Got that fixed and now am enjoying the relaxation it brings to my body.

It's hard to find a good chair massager that reaches your shoulders and neck. Up to now, very please with this massager, and will probably purchase another ones as gifts.
I was able to sleep well after long time with tension pain , I work as pharmacist and was having a very bad tension pain ib my neck, shoulders and back , I was not able to sleep more than 3 hours in a row because of the pain . This is a great massager, very strong kneading, portable, simple, for $100 a good find.Some might want to use soft blanket so it is not too hard on their back.
I had terrible back and shoulder pain but after start using this massage machine, it was getting better and better. Head pad is adjustable so it can fit both my wife and me.
