ResMed AirFit P10 Pillow Large

I have been a CPAP then APAP machine for 15 years. I initially used face masks and HATED the noise and lack of comfort. I moved to pillows, the Swift FX, and now to these. The FX was fabulous compared to mask, but eventually my nostrils rebelled. I tried these A10 and WOW, my nostrils are happy again. Don't fully understand why, perhaps a better material or better shape. They are quiet and there is no sleep awakening annoyance. The head gear is comfortable and fits without apply undue pressure of the pillows against my skin.The bottom line is this: no one like to have to use a CPAP/APAP, but it will keep you alive - several people I knew died of Sleep Apnea because they were stubborn. Best Mask Ever!!

I've been using this mask for 7 years now and although I've tried less expensive versions, none compare to the quality of the official ResMed Airfit 10. Even when sleeping on my side this mask stays in place without having to adjust it to stop the hissing from cheaper masks.I feel fortunate this mask works so well I don't need full mask for my CPAP therapy.

Best fit ever

I’ve tried every mask and none of them have worked for me as well as this P10 extra small. The small in another brand left my nose sore and red. I got a good seal, but it was painful to wear. I did some research and found the “P10 For Her” that comes in an extra small. My bipap has an app that tracks my sleep quality and my scores are always 98 or 100. I have never slept better. I’m so grateful that I don’t have to fight with my mask every night to get a good seal.

Better than full face mask.

This works well. Much less intrusive than a full face mask. I need to use a chin strap with it.Didn’t give it a higher mark because I believe this whole concept is BS but I have to use CPAP to keep my CDL.Time to find a different job that doesn’t require a DOT physical.

Excellent

These are great if you are a nose breather and side sleeper. I had a hybrid before and it worked ok, but being a side sleeper I did struggle with it slipping and leaking. Since I breath though my nose, and not mouth, the nasal pillow has been a great change. The AirSense 10 has a setting for pillows and once I set it, it’s all good. If you tend to breathe through your mouth these obviously won’t be great for you, but if you’re a side sleeper who breathes through the nose you will like these. Good for any position really, but side sleepers will notice an improvement because it stays put versus a more full/hybrid mask. 4 stars because the headgear isn’t super long lasting, but overall very satisfied.

I really like the P10 CPAP/BiLevel Masks. The nasal pillows are easy to change and clean. Since the mask has a separate frame which holds the nasal pillows, the sides of pillow unit does not stretch out of shape as I experienced with other units that incorporated the nasal pillow unit into the rigging that attaches to the headgear (specifically Swift FX Nasal Pillow CPAP/BiLevel Mask ). This makes it easier to maintain a seal and I rarely experience airleaks.I've been a Cpapxchange customer since 2012. Their prices are always better than local DME stores. Med ResMed P10 Nasal Masks

These are probably the most comfortable masks on the market! I've tried many, but none will ever match the feel & fit of these nasal pillows! Medium is my size and must stick to that, large will just leak out sides and small will actually hurt.

Replace frequently

I often forget that these should be replaced monthly. It seems like they were OK. Well, when you get new Nasal Pillows, performance and comfort are much better. Also consider replacing the headstrap. A new one will provide a more comfortable experience.

ResMed AirFit P10 Nasal CPAP Mask Nasal Pillow Purchase

I had an issue with an item being left out of my order. I made one phone call to a customer service rep who was friendly and apologetic for the mix up. I received the item in a couple days with no issues. Great customer service. I love that Lofta has the XS air pillow available for order at a great price. The smaller air pillow is perfect for me and makes wearing my CPAP so much easier.

Works fine, sizing is a problem

My wife uses this. The sizing guidelines are a little obscure and how apply them is even worse. She is between a small and medium, so which is best? I didn't even know there were sizing guidelines -- had to find a third party youtube video. There should be a link to how to size on the purchasing site.The head gear is even worse. "One size fits all" -- should be "One size fits no one". No way to adjust the single size available. Seems to stretch out a bit over time.The price of the headgear: $25! for a few fragments of cloth which the company is buying for a few pennies -- really -- should be free with the nasal pillows.
