Caveat emptor. It's hard to judge what size to order when buying on line. I ordered a Wide fitting as I have a fairly large face, but in fact it's too wide, so slightly uncomfortable and leaky for 2 or 3 years now, unless I give up in desperation and buy a new normal one. If in doubt, call in to a store!

This mask came with my unit, so I've been using it for a couple years. I I am finally going to replace it. Why haven't I done so before? Because I'm retired on a fixed income and don't really have the money to toss this and buy another. Originally, I got the unit while working and my insurance paid for it and supplied replacement parts free to me which shipped automatically. Now, I'm on Medicare and they don't pay for supplies, so I'm replacing. Reason for my negative review: comes down primarily because of the cheap mask connectors (or non-connectors as I call them). Instead of a good strap clips that snap into place and are solid, these have cheap flexible silicone hooks. Over and over and over again my straps fall off whenever I move and stretch the hose. I had one mask where the hook fell off completely (but insurance had already shipped me another mask, so I had a replacement). The second mask had the same problem which means it's not due to a defective mask, but it's a defective design. I've been using CPAP for over 25 years with different brands of masks. This is the only mask I've had with this problem. Get a different design with snap-in clips! If you're like me and like to roll from one side to another occasionally, you're likely to have the same problem I do. I'm finally getting a new mask.

I am asking potential customers to NOT purchase from this organization. There was an offensive odor from this nasal cushion that I never experienced from any credible Medicare supply provider. This cushion smells of polyurethane or polypropylene strong chemical material. In fact, you can actually smell this cushion even while in the packaging. The internet says "silicone" and Amazon offers this cushion for $15.92. Don't be fooled by "knock-off" companies who buy from China with copy cat "second" look a likes. My supplies have never made me sick. But these did. I purchased two and I did receive full credit. However, I'm having a discussion with ResMed and have the sample to show them. The Customer Service agents are very nice, but they are selling hazardous products that will endanger your health. Just keep looking!!!

I would love it if this mask worked for me. Unfortunately I am a mouth breather and there isn't any way I can attach a chin strapto this mask.It is comfortable, light and makes you feel as though you have been set free. Also like the fact that you can immediately feel the air as soon as you turn on machine. Old mask seems to take a while before it is comfortable.I would definite recommend getting this mask. I have to return mine

Since this was described as "dual wall" I was expecting something more substantial than the wispy original seal. Not so, this was identical and does nothing to help with the heavy leakage.

Nasal cushion I have been using for years. I wish they offered it in discounts for bulk purchase like if I buy 5 I get 25% off or buy 10 and get 50% oexff because I believe they are priced way too expensive.

Nasal mask replacement

Purchased a nasal mask replacement after a small hole opened up on my previous mask. Really like the soft material used in these Resmed masks. The seal is tight with no air leakage. Would definitely purchase again. Also the price is the lowest for this model thru Apria I could find.

The most comfortable mask!

I had initially used a nasal pillow, thinking a smaller system would be more comfortable. At least for me this wasn't true. The nasal mask would rub and greatly irritate my nostrils. The nose mask sits comfortably on my face, and doesn't cause any soreness overnight. Thanks, Apria!
