As soon as I started to use this it was clear that I'd be pushing it to put 12 pages in. Used it gently over an afternoon, feeding in no more than 5 sheets together, but after I'd emptied the bin 4 times it just seized up, switched itself off and that was the end of it. Tried re-starting it a few times as the instructions said that if it overheated it would need 60 minutes rest, but it was dead as a doornail after 24 hours.

A first class product that really does exactly what it says on the description.
Heavy duty industrial, which is what l wanted after dealing with inferior cheaper brands, that jam all the time and are frustrating. This also shreds into little pieces.
Bought in May, stopped working by early December. Rubbish product.

Great little shredder. easily shreds 10 sheets, pieces are very small once shredded
Have purchased and used very little, was shredding 5 sheets at the time and the paper got jammed and not able to use it anymore as it won't switch on. It broke down after 6 days, nice design and doesn't do job at all. Tried to reach customer service, no one picked up have been on the line for more than 25 min also called the nearest store were they were unable to help. No one seems to be helping!
