I am naturally thin and require a gainer supplement to gain strength and mass quickly. I've tried many throughout the years and I prefer this gainer over any other I have tried. Does it have 1000+ calories? No. Do you need that many calories in your gainer supplement? Probably not. I don't. I get the rest of my calories from food. Tastes decent with milk alone.Only downside to this weight gainer is that it contains unknown amounts acesulfame potassium and sucralose, chemicals that are 200x and 600x sweeter than sugar, respectively, as per the FDA. There are mixed professional opinions on these sweeteners (as there is with anything).Hard / impossible to find a gainer that checks every single box off your list though!

I Like the rich chocolate taste and it mixes easily with no clumping. Also, it has caused no digestive issues and I like the 30 grams of protein. I have put on approximately 5lbs and am almost at the goal I have set for myself. The only downside is the last container shipped had a square scoop with a spout instead of the original round scoop. Along with the short handle makes it almost impossible to remove the powder from the small opening in the container without spilling it all over the counter etc.

I love this product. Chocolate Fudge is the best by far. It completely dissolves in my shaker (rigorous shaking for 60+ seconds) and flavor profile is excellent. I've tried Cinnamon Toast and Cookies & Cream flavors and find them too sweet. Chocolate Peanut Butter and Cookie & Cream both had little undissolved particles that bothered me. Choco PB, I was hoping would taste closer to a PB cup but to no avail. I turned my sister on to this product for my nephews and they also love the Choco Fudge. That is the only flavor I buy now. Choco fudge. Yeah.
I looked at the reviews. It’s in the top five of the best weight gainers. And the taste is amazing: two scoops of protein , handful of spinach, frozen fruits, 1 dessertspoon of maple syrup, 2 tablespoons olive oil, sliced frozen fruits (of your choice) …a DASH of peanut butter. Blend that up, enjoy!
Ok first off I wanna say that I'm a 6'2 male and before I started taking this powder I was at about 165. My body is also the type that I seriously haven't gained 1lb in about 5 years. My metabolism is really high. I got to the gym almost every day and lift and I'm very muscular but always pretty skinny. Now I've taken this product before, I bought 4 5lb jugs and drank them and gained about 7lbs.
