Roborock Qrevo Edge Vacuum Cleaner (White)

So far so good. It is much better than iRobot Roomba. It would be nice if it would inform you when the waste bag is almost full and needs to be changed. Same with the dirty and clean water tanks. However I think there is a patent on this so that is why, but would be nice to have those features. Other than that it cleans great and has tons of customization.

I was so excited to get this but when it arrived, it was promptly stolen. I never had a chance to use it. It isn't Roborock's fault for the stolen goods, but I'm writing a review because of how their customer service handled it. They repeated a script in circles and then blocked by number. I'll be clear that I was never upset at customer service while on the phone and was never rude in the slightest. They told me they'd get back to me in 48 hrs. I was ghosted and my number blocked after. This isn't a company that values it's customers experience. Even a condolences and a nice human-esque compassionate reply would have been fine.... But I was rudely ignored the moment I ran into issues.

Best vacuum purchase ever. We are so so happy with our Qrevo Edge. Very intuitive features and very “set it and forget it”. So far I’ve run it daily (sometimes twice daily) for a month and no issues whatsoever. I’m very impressed with how well it maneuvers over thick rugs and around corners. Highly highly recommended this device.
