So, if you're looking for a high quality, easy to travel with audio mic, the VideoMicro II will not disappoint.

Rcvd on time with a flawless ordering process
I had the earlier version of this mic, and had no complaints. But when I saw the videos about this one, I figured I should give it a try. I have used it several times and have not been disappointed. It's a no brainer to use, though of course you need to remember to set the gain in the camera. Great value for the money.
This mic sounds like my Videomic Go II where I prefer the TRS connection anyway compared to USB. But don't buy this Videomicro II unless you have it in you to put the included furry windshield in the trash, i.e. landfill, right away. The furry windshield fits so poorly that I first thought Rode put the wrong part in the box. To make matters worse, the furry windshield, while big, seems hardly more effective than the foam windshield.
