Has the formulation on the Royal Canin Lightweight Care changed. It has taken on a donut shape - no problem - but appears more yellow and both of my ragdolls are vomiting it back, one more so. I have 2 unopened 3kg packets which I refuse to offer to them. Also the yellow stains on the carpet are non removable. Not happy. ps. They have eaten Royal Canin for years.

We have been feeding out Midgee with this food scince she was a kitten. Each time she goes for her yearly checkup, the vet always coments how healthy she is and her teeth are in perfect condition. Best of all she loves it.

I have two cats, one has a tendency to be overweight. I use the light food when I need them to lose weight and it does work although it can take a month or so All the royal canin foods have been well tolerated by both of my cats. My only gripe is the bags have been reduced by 2kg (used to be 10kg) and they charge the same price! So makes it quite expensive
My chubby cat likes these bickies and has slimmed down since eating them. Doesn't look for wet food as often! Recommend Royal Canin Light Weight care dry cat food...it does work.
Sceptical at first, but my fussy indoor girl said YES and thank you for helping us get some weight off so I am healthy again. I am older and not as active so it's very easy to put on weight on the healthy grain free diets.
Indy is 5yrs old she was over weight & she got Pancreatitis, vet said she needs to get back to 5kg & lose 2 kgs.. She loves Royal Canin Light Weight kibble + she also has 1/2 R/C Light Wet Sachet for Breakfast when she wakes up then about 2 hours later she gets 1/4 cup R/C Light kibble & the for Dinner she gets the other 1/2 R/C Light sachet, then about 2 hours later she gets 1/4 cup R/C Light goes to bed. She's got a beautiful shiny healthy coat now, vet said Indy has some Tarter side back teeth & we are trying Royal Canin Oral Care kibble....She still have R/C 1/2 wet Sachet Light for Breakfast & Dinner + R/C Oral Kibble.. I'll see how well R/C Oral Care works cleaning her teeth before her teeth get really bad & cause health problems.
My two cats loved it. As a pet parent sometimes I go overboard of over feeding them but with Royal canin lightweight dry food I now have a peace of mind that they won't get extra pound on their weight because Royal canin lightweight dry food has a very low calories which is good for my cats who keeps on asking for more. Truly happy with my purchase with petpost.
With currently 4 cats in the household aged from 1 and a bit to nearly 16, it's a challenge to find something they all like, will eat and doesn't put on the pounds (kilos) as they are indoors 24/7. This does the trick - satisfies hunger, presume it satisfies taste as there's never any left, and satisfies the pocket.
We have 5 cats and one became very overweight and we had no idea what to do because they all eat the same dried food we leave down all the time. Someone suggested this and although we were very sceptical, it does exactly what it says! All the cats share the food we leave down and the obese cat slowly lost weight, going from 7.1 kg to 5.8 kg in a couple of months. He became more active and now, six months later, his weight is stable and he is very healthy. No real impact on the others either. Can't recommend this enough.
