I loved my first set and ordered more as presents and one was for my mother. Sadly my Deal stuffed up or whoever packed them. I have had to jump over hoops to sort it out. I will think twice before buying again and had to disappoint my mother who is still waiting for her Christmas Presents. Not impressed and still waiting. !!!!!!!

Very happy with the comfort and softness of these pillows. These are big and soft like motel types. I wanted soft down pillows and they are great for necks. Never want foam pillows again. These are correct for me and the price was excellent as well as good delivery time.AAA+

I rated these previously as 3 stars but after further use I would say 4 stars for quality and comfort. You have to fluff these up before use. You can throw them on the floor or just use your hands to fluff them. The value is outstanding.

The description of these pillow and the RRP gave the impression they were luxurious. In fact, they have no fluff in them, not bouncy or anything. I prefer the decade old ones relegated to the spare room. Very disappointed and this has put me off ever buying pillows online.

Fantastic pillows. Like in the old days. Fluffy, mould to the profile of your head and neck. Incredibly well priced for the real feathers. I love my new pillows.

The exact same problem with the Doona I bought at the same time almost no filling, flat no matter how much you shake them up to try & fluff them as soon as you lie on them the go instantly flat & ZERO SUPPORT & honestly feels like you've not got a pillow under your head, they NEED TO ADD AT LEAST 4 THE CURRENT FILLIN, AT BARE MINIMUM!!!!! I put the 2 on top of each other & instantly sink into the mattress!! It's a shame as the company usually has really good quality products but both the 2 pillow pack & Feather/down Doona a MASSIVE MISTAKE & WOULD NEVER BUY AGAIN, if I can't get a return & refund I'll donate them but they'll probably not except bedding so they'll end up in the trash!! Exactly as advertised arrived quickly, well packed and presented in excellent condition. Love the pillows. I've had a bad neck since serious accident years ago, always taken weeks of major discomfit to adapt to pillow change... seed pillows. seed cusp, many different fibres, "memory foam" Japanese style and hand made... forget it! But not with these pillows: a bit stiff 1st morning, but found the right 'plump' and fine since then. Very comfortable re heat reflection and in all respects., happily satisfied.

The pillows are good. The price is fantastic. The delivery was fast. The NILE is doing a great job and I really appreciate it. Perhaps 1,300gram would be the right fill for people who prefer the firm pillows.
