There are a few kettles made in UK but the ones I have seen are over £100This is a good kettle though and seems well made. The design features are very good, with a push button lid open. Water level indicator. LED illumination inside. Good feeling handle. The switch on is reassuring and it boils quick at 3kw power. There's all the usual safety features including auto switch off if you remove the kettle from the base. It looks nice, is lightweight and tactile.The spout does a nice pour. The lead is quite short at 61cm.

The kettle works as expected, and is able to quickly boil water. It has a sleek and attractive appearance, and I like that it matches with the toaster. The blue light behind the handle is also visually appealing and a good addition. Not too sure about how durable it is, since it hasn't been too long since I received this product, but so far it's working well.

This one is really gorgeous. I simply fell in love with the look of it. It's not made of full steel but it does look as if it was. I wish there was a steel lining inside coz I'm used to using a steel one. Nonetheless, very beautifully made. I just didn't like the see through part of the kettle where you can see the water and measurement because it has a blue shade and light on it. Wish it was just clear or on a warm colour to match the simplicity of the style. It works as a usual kettle I'm using, gets the job done. This will surely light up the kitchen with its style.
I thought the kettle was great. It looks really nice with the pattern. Looks heavy but is really light and easy to use. Cool blue light so u know it's boiling water. Quick to heat the water. Push button to open lid.
This trial team came at the best time, my toaster only worked if I stood next to it and held down the lever and my cheap $7 kettle from Kmart was anoying me by pouring as much boiling water on the bench, and sometimes on me, as it did in the cup. This kettle is fast, very quiet in comparison to the old one and so much prettier. I love the blue light in the water level window while it is boiling. Pouring spout doesn't spill a single drop. I love it!
Our whole family has been enjoying the Russell Hobbs kettle. The kids in particular enjoy the blue light when it’s boiling! It is nice and quiet and aesthetically pleasing on our bench, however I would have preferred it if it was made of another material other than plastic.

It's very stylish looking with pretty blue light and quite to boil but it smells of plastic after every boil, I've been boiling it everyday for two weeks but it still smells! I won't drink the water. It would be fantastic if it was stainless steel inside. Also the side's of the jug go soft when hot.
