Works perfectly however I also bought the "matching" (grey/charcoal) toaster but the colour is different.I didn't notice this in store and I think that is because the toaster and kettle weren't actually displayed side by side and maybe the fluorescent lighting, whereas they are displayed on my bench top, in full sun and it's very noticeable. Not a huge deal but I would have chosen a different colour had I known they were actually different shades of grey.

Whoever got away with calling this a charcoal colour needs to get their eyes tested. Anyone trying to match it with a previously bought charcoal toaster is going to be very frustrated.Everything else is great with the kettle except for it's very misleading colour description.

Got it for $59 from the Good Guys. For the price it is excellent. More noisy than the last kettle and more plastic and flimsy on switch but as I said, good value for money. Our last kettle was $159 (Morphy Richards) and was leaking through the base before the warranty expired

Ilm disappointed with the quality of the materials and the colour. I would call it mid grey - a far cry from charcoal. I bought this online, but I would not have bought it if I had seen it in real life. It does boil water and its fairly quiet. You get what you pay for.
This is a replacement kettle as the first leaked when pouring boiling water. I love the appearance of this kettle but sadly the second one is showing signs of leaking and will quite likely need to be replaced. Leaking boiling water is a safety hazard so not something that can be endured.
Boils quickly, love the shape of it, and easy to pour water from it.
It is a great kettle, reasonably quiet and has s large spout which I like. Looks good. Would definitely recommend this kettle
I purchased the Legacy Series Russell Hobbs Legacy Series toaster and kettle in charcoal colour. Despite this, they are in fact, upon unpacking, different colours. The toaster is lighter than the kettle. When I called the store from which they had been dispatched (online order), I was told that they were manufactured that way. Although I had paid for the delivery, my option was to return the items to my nearest GG store, and seek a refund (but my delivery fee will not be refunded. Unfair and strange that the same series in the same colour at in fact , different.
Will be returning this item to store as it has already broke. Very dissatisfied with a brand which is usually preferable to me. Kettle filter falls out constantly, doesnt stop boiling when reaches boiling point and is already rusting. Product is only three months old.
No one wanted to s we eve us and it was dead in there. Got a matching kettle and toaster. Told it will be in soon. 4 months later still waiting and I have to call but won't give an eta. I am never buying here again and going to get my money back. Absolutely disgusting
