This product is seriously sub-standard. We bought it about two and a half years ago and it just stopped working out of the blue. Before this, we owned a Breville and it lasted 15 years. Don't waste your time with this poor quality product.
Disappointed with the quality. Have arranged to get my money back and buy a Breville, which is smaller but the height adjustment is handy and the quality is high.
We got this through Flybuys and it worked well... until it didn't. Light comes on but it doesn't heat up at all. We have used it over the year or so about a dozen times. Disappointing.
Terrible , burns everything I have put in it . Burns before the cheese or inside contents are even warm or melted.Want to return the product
We bought this to upgrade our old sandwich press which was the exact same model but 10+ years old. The old one worked perfectly but had been well used and a bit battered.So far not disappointed with our shiny new upgrade!
Faulty appliance. Top left corner of the plate doesn’t heat sufficiently which leads to uneven grilling. Appliance stinks when turned on, probably caused by the plastic. Tried turning on the appliance at least a dozen times hoping that the smell would dissipate - still smells.
Awesome sandwich press. We had this one before for 12 years before the electrics went on it. Replaced with this new version and it’s just as good so far.
