Love this tool and I don’t know why I didn’t buy it sooner - it’s changed my whole outlook on what’s possible for me to do and tackle next. I only had corded drill and screwdriver before this! As a woman you may not grow up learning how to use power tools so it’s awesome to find ones that are easy to use and ‘approachable’.

My 2nd drill, about my 10th Ryobi 18v product. All work better than they should for the price. Well built, reliable and durable. All have lasted and lasted. Highest recommendation from me.

I purchased this product about a year ago...was happy with the product, Good drill but... using it one day and heard a crack noise from it. Drill was still working so didn't think anything of it until i when to remove the drill bit. oh the chuck lock was broken. Thinking it was still under warranty (6 year warranty, Great Ryobi) I will just take it back to Bunnings a get it fixed or replaced. Was told by Bunnings "sorry but out of warranty". How can that be it come with a 6 year warranty?!?!? "sorry Chuck only has a 3 month warranty it is a consumables part, buy a new one cheaper than getting it fixed" So...do not be fooled by that red box in the corner saying 6 YEAR TOOL REPLACEMENT. Out of interest. I looked at another brand 18v drill to see what there warranty ... I was undecided which brand to purchase and was being steered heavily by the shop assistant to get an alternative brand. I wasn’t comfortable as I had never heard of that brand before and RYOBI was a known name to me and there was a shop full of RYOBI products on display. I decided to purchase the RYOBI and I’m so glad I did, much to her disappointment I might add.I love it, it does everything I want it to do and I’m so happy with my purchase. Knowing I can add more products with the same battery is also a big plus and the online extended warranty was a bonus as well.
Used recently on my pergola and it worked more impressively than my corded drill. Handy little magnetic area that holds loose screws, ,bolts and drill bits while you work. Can't speak to it longevity (other than the long warranty). It is also having another battery that can be used with my other Ryobi tools. Would definitely buy again and recommend at this point.
Very high quality product. Bought to instal a new colorbond steel panel fence. Single charge was able to put up the whole fence. Power for days and the different settings made for easy interchange between jobs.
The 18.0V Ryobi One + power drill is a rugged drill with great torque to drill into all sorts of material that a home handyman will ever need to master. I really like the option to use to different power settings to handle various jobs at hand. Its like have a Turbo option to really get stuck into harder drilling materials. Either way the Ryobi One + that is bundled with smart charger and 1.5Ah Lithium battery is more than enough for the Home handyman. I have used many quality brand name power drills before but Ryobi is the brand I will stick to from on, especially with the interchangeable battery.
Excellent product so far. Very ergonomic and light weight yet still feels tough and durable. I was very impressed at how fast the battery charged. Ample power delivery for the odd DIY project waiting to be completed
Excellent Drill Starter Kit! Well done Ryobi and very long online warranty so what could be better than this. This is my first venture into cordless and very impressed indeed. The drill unit is full featured and does what its claims to be. Compact and very well built so will las5 a long time.
I bought this as a kit some years ago, so the original kit was slightly different as it came with 2x 1.3Ah batteries and a charger. They don't make the 1.3Ah battery anymore.Interestingly, the minimum power 2.0Ah batteries today are slight smaller than the older 1.3Ah one which shows the technology is definately improving.My only complaint is sometimes it's hard to tighten the chuck enough to stop drill bit slippage. But for home DIY, it does the job well.
