Great customer service support before and after. Reliable and relentlessThe scoop in this pre isn't accurate to get a full dose as i weigh pwo stims to keep caffeine intake moderate. Perhaps a heaping scoop would be closer.The taste isn't the best out there but the focus and sense of urgency in moving between sets makes it intensely enjoyable. First time on Ryse and it didn't disappoint. Mixes easily stirring it in a tall glass with 1.5 scoops

I've had Gorilla Mode Pre workout before this one and that is also a very good pre, however this Godzilla Ryse Pre-Workout is amazing in a way I can't articulate. I have given it to other people in my gym to try and they say that the pre workout they use is nothing compared to it and are considering switching. This Pre-Workout without a doubt will get you hyped the F*** up. I would say start with 3/4's of a scoop and assess tolerance from there but I weight 145 so keep that in mind. The flavor is very sweet. The product is pricey but worth it in my opinion.

I’ve been using this over 2+ months on alternates days, mostly on upper body days and sometimes lower body + it lasted longer due to rest days and the weeks I took off from gym. Tbh it depends on how frequent you take it.My final verdict for this? It’s the best quality pre I had ever tried! I know there’s the whole argument on creatine in your pre as whole, but I felt more energy and saw result far better than using other brands.The taste doesn’t make me sick either (sensitive tastebuds here). Consistence is good. Overall, would purchase again as it was totally worth my money.Also, packaging was good and delivery was quick too!

I'm a 53 year old male working long hours between 2 Jobs on top of taking care of our home. I don't always get the sleep my body needs, so my energy levels when I am working out aren't always there. I've been using the Godzilla Pre- Workout, blackberry lemonade, for about 3 months now. Mostly I take 1 scoop, tho on tough days I need that 2nd scoop to finish my workout. It mixes very well, I get the energy, focus & staying power I need to finish my workouts in good form where as I would crash & burn before I finished my last few sets. If i could, I'd give this a 4.8. It's a great pre-workout...my second favorite of the many I've tried over the years. It's strong enough to do a half scoop on days you aren't doing heavy workouts, or for a nice caffeine boost for your day, but a scoop is good. 2 scoops is unnecessary, unless you're going to do do 2 heavy workouts spaced out in a day.The taste is great...smells even better. It mixes very easily. It gives you the usual tingly feeling and the energy boost lasts for a while. No crash, of course, and it doesn't give me the jitters. It's a smooth boost of energy. Overall, great quality and pretty good price to quantity ratio.

The barrier to entry is very low - make a product that tastes good, has similar ingredients, at comparable or higher doses per serving; market the product well, gain brand notoriety, and run with it. The threat of substitution is astronomical, very few companies have long standing notoriety with healthy top-line revenue generation. Every few months I see new companies with new pre workouts pop up, and older pre workouts eventually disappear. I'm 37, been working out since 16, I can't begin to think of how many times I've seen this happen. Additionally, the fact that there are no novel breakthroughs that are patented and all of the ingredients are easily replicable, substitution is very simple. Tying these two together (and ignoring supplier/buyer power), competitive rivalry is what drives this entire subsector (pre workouts) of the fitness industry. These companies face a huge list of competitors and customers face no switching costs; on the other side of the coin, they must maintain or grow customer loyalty to grow market share and therefore revenue (and with increased demand, unit costs go down, profit goes up).So, what can these companies do to differentiate themselves considering the notes above? Maintain quality and flavor; reach the upper echelon of dose (mg of contents) per serving that matter (caffeine, citruline, beta, etc.); price competitors out of the market. The reason I say this? I look at the ingredients in each product, write down the mg per serving of the ingredients I want, look at the cost, and make my purchase. If the flavor is worth it, and the product actually achieves what it claims (the dose per serving is noticeable in the gym), I stick with it until I find another product that takes into account everything I have mentioned.That's my feedback on the product, and my input on the industry.
On my journey to try and test a full tub of every preworkout available on the market, this was one I was really looking forward too trying the most.Price is high but don't mind paying if it's worth it.Unfortunately I would rate this in the bottom level of ore workouts that are effective.It basically was unfelt , no energy surge, no tingles, absolutely NOTHING.The likes of GAT nutraflex actually have much more effectiveness than this one even though they have up to half less dosage of each ingredient.Packaging is the only good thing about this preworkout.
I absolutely love the pre-workouts Ryse has to offer, but the strawberry kiwi had me pretty upset at the quality. When I received it I was surprised to see it had no coloring, it was simply just white powder, unlike the other pre-workouts I’ve had from Ryse where they have a coloring. Another thing I noticed was when I drank it, I didn’t feel as much of a rush as I would usually do. I emailed Ryse and with convenience, they responded quickly and sent me a new one free of charge. I opened up the other one and guess that's the way it’s supposed to come out as. There was no change with the blend. Do not recommend the Strawberry kiwi.
