When I went to my local supplement store the first time they had me trial a few competitors to and while I didn’t dislike them I got to try this flavor as well. One of the other brands had a sour after taste that was displeasing and the other was thick but not in a good way, it was a job to drink it. This was a pleasure. Having a powder that I can either throw in my shaker or throw in my oats that is packed with all the nutrition I require to build up my macro count for the day was one of many things needed but having a flavor that knocked my socks off good enough that I got my gym buddy to go and buy one right then and there PLUS get two other friends to start buying it as well just from trying it? Plenty of reason for me to recommend this to everyone.

I add it to oatmeal to create cinnamon toast oatmeal, the protein shakes mixed with water or milk of choice are delicious, and also protein ice cream is a dream with it. I was all about the RYSE hype with Noel and Davis Diley being my two favorite fitness influencers… I can see how some people can enjoy this, but it’s kind of like Propel. You can taste the sucralose (zero calorie sugar) linger in your mouth, giving it this very artificial taste. It’s VERY easy to get down because of the smoothness and mix-ability, but I’d steer you away to try something else. The protein and value is there, but I can’t recommend this flavor. Not sure about any other flavor, but I will be trying Ghost protein over RYSE. They say that you can’t taste without smell, so I know smell impacts the taste in some kind of way. As soon as I opened up the container, it smelled… stinky. Not rancid, but like food that had gone bad… Almost like bad milk by about two weeks to say the least.TL;DR: It smells kind of weird, and the taste is not very accurate or enjoyable (it is tolerable). But it is smooth and mixes well.
I started taking Loaded Protein not only to build muscle and be more fit, but to supplement my meals as well. I have been taking this protein since the beginning of the summer (4 months) and been working out HEAVILY about 4-5 times a week. I have noticed INTENSE muscle difference and have increased, just for measure, my bench press by 50 % (150-225 in 4 months).I know that I cannot attribute this change exclusively to this protein but it has definitely been a huge change in how much more strong and powerful of a physique I have gotten.Photos for before and after workout + loaded proteinCinnamon toast taste the best just fyi
I got the cinnamon toast one.Whilst I have no issue with the protein taste or smell, I decided to give this protein a try as people online claimed it to taste of nothing but the good flavours and online marketing seems to work on me :P. Personally, the flavour was very strong, but it took me back a bit for a good reason. The cinnamon toast flavor tastes EXACTLY like vanilla dunkaroos. It's uncanny. If you want a nostalgia trip daily, then get it. I'm going to use this as a half scooper for my off days, but still an excellent product. I just am a bit of a wuss when it comes to sweetness.
The one thing i dread is the taste of most protein powder shakes. Some have a very strong “medicinal” taste while others just taste bad. Makes me want to puke.I was already using Ryse Godzilla pre-workout before and loved it. So after watching several reviews of Loaded protein from Noel Deyzel, I decided to try it.Let me tell all of you how amazing this product tastes! I’m so impressed with the taste. It really tastes like cinnamon toast! It’s delicious. For the first time in my life, I’m actually looking forward to drinking my protein shake.The only downside is, I wish they had even larger volumes of this. 54 servings is a bit low for the price point.

The taste is really good. It is not overpowering but it definitely tastes the way it is supposed to. Good amount of macros per scoop. Good serving size. It’s not a huge scoop per serving but just the right size that one scoop can be easily mixed into other goods without overpowering the taste of the other food. Appreciate the quick turn around from ordering it. I thought it would take much longer. It is not chalky and it mixes well with water though I have not tried it with milk. Overall 5/5.
Ryse Loaded Protein in Cinnamon Toast flavor was a disappointing purchase. The sweetness was overwhelming, as if it contained an excessive amount of sugar. The taste resembled chemicals rather than the expected cinnamon flavor. I found it difficult to consume due to the unpleasant combination of excessive sweetness and chemical-like taste. I regretted buying it and wished I could return it for something better. Overall, I cannot recommend this product to others seeking a protein supplement with a pleasant taste experience.
