I've had several Salomon shoes and overall they've been my go-to walking and hiking boot. Half of them fit superbly and the other half are too narrow (which isn't overly obvious in store when trying them out. These aren't as cushioned as some reviewers allege either. Sadly, these are a regretful purchase and I'll be going to the X Ultra GTX 4 wide mid.

I've had several Salomon shoes and overall they've been my go-to walking and hiking boot. Half of them fit superbly and the other half are too narrow (which isn't overly obvious in store when trying them out. These aren't as cushioned as some reviewers allege either. Sadly, these are a regretful purchase and I'll be going to the X Ultra GTX 4 wide mid.

Extremely happy and satisfied with my boots, so much so that I purchased a back up 2nd pair. I have a badly pronated left ankle and this is the first boot that properly support my ankle. Thank you.
Poor quality - stitching came undone within a few days of use as did the glued section on soles. Very comfortable shoe but wouldn’t buy again for the price vs quality

I bought these boots a couple of months ago and I'm extremely happy with them. I hike in them 2-3 times a week, and they are so comfortable. I wear them up and down rocky slopes, through rivers and mud, and they take everything I put them through. I can't recommend these Salomon boots highly enough
