Died after 30-40 mins first use. I put about 80gb of files on the drive then it disconnected. I tried other ports and the TV. Nothing.it makes the connection noise but no drive shows up. If you leave it in, every few minutes it will connect and disconnect, but the drive still does not show up.

Rubbish. Utter rubbish. It lasted less than a year and wasn't even used that much. I only used this one to replace the other Samsung metal o-ring USB drive which also failed with a year. I'm concerned the other drives I have with music and personal data on them may also suddenly die and be unrecoverable like these two.Samsung make great SSDs and NVMe drives but their flash drives are total garbage in my experience. The build quality is great but if the internals are of such poor quality that they die so easily then what's the point of producing them? It's a waste of time and materials.So about this 5 year warranty Samsung?!

Not working straight from the packet. Stuck in Ex fat read only / write protected ( with no data to view) crashes pc most times trying to add data or format the usbI have contacted samsung memory services but ticket closed due to wrong dept?Please contact me to resolve as my samsung account shows no order history? I have order number and a faulty stick why is it so hard to pursue the 5 year warranty?All i want is a replacement!

Pros: Even faster than quoted by manufacturer, good looking modern design, and small and neat enough to leave in place.
Works well for my Tesla dash cam and sentry mode. Nice small and sleek design. Keep in mind the end of the stick inserts straight into the USB port so the metal finish will scratch straight away. It doesn't bother me but it could annoy some people.
Had for 3 months. Type C connector came loose and memory card can no longer be read. CANNOT BELIEVE through standard use the connector has simply come loose and I'm now looking at £200-400 to get data off as Samsung wont cover the terrible build quality. Very sad and angry!
