Performance:GoodSafety:As advertisedOverall a well designed oven with plenty of functions. One minor gripe. The dark coating over the window makes it difficult to check the condition of the food inside. I might be wrong but I could not find a seperate button / function to give the interior more light when in operation.

I like this product. It's so perfect and fit for me. The PowerGrill lets me quickly and easily create deliciously crispy grilled dishes, like steak, using a sheath type heater.With microwave ovens, I can consistently enjoy even and thorough cooking. Love it

I was so excited when I purchased this microwave only to be let down. Despite this microwave being beautiful with its mirror door, however, It does not warm food effectively. Part of the food are really hot while other parts are cold. The grill is just ok.

Do not buy this model + poor warranty

Since delivery (Oct 2023) while the glass plate it's turning there is a noise coming from the plastic coupling that comes from the motor to glass plate. Plastic coupling scratches de metal base underneath creating an annoying noise. Call to Samsung support (Nov/2023) and they said if the microwave heats and the glass plate turns, there is no manufacturing issue.I've replaced the coupling part from an OEM part supplier, and still does the same noise.

Really satisified with this product. The features are really useful. You can do various cooking methods with this microwave, such as cooking for healthy foods (corn, meat, fish, vegetables), steaming, defrost frozen products, baking cakes or cookies, warming foods/plates and even grilling (fish, potato, bread)! The automatization is really easy to use, thanks to the manual. I got manual in Bahasa Indonesia, so don’t worry for the customers who want to read in Bahasa. You can also request to Samsung’s CS to send the soft file manual just in case you want to read it on your gadget. I also got a significant size of glass steam which is totally useful for the usage of this microwave, high wire tray/rack for grilling, a blue warming container, turntable and roller. However, the light is not so bright, I can say it’s difficult to see the foods inside when it is on. I also found out that there is no deodorization button as displayed on this page. I don’t know whether the deodorization feature could be automatically activated or not. For the other features, I’ve checked and yes, the product features don’t lie. If you want to buy microwave with all features in one single product, you should buy this one.

Powerful And Great Heating

This countertop microwave has been great. The power settings are much stronger and better than other microwaves at a similar price. It heats food evenly and quickly. I've very happy with this purchase and definitely recommend this microwave.

Pretty colour and design. Alas! Wire too short

I like it because the panel is simple and the colour is so pretty. It came with guides and receipes manual so you can use it practically. However the wire is too short you need to put it near the socket meaning you have to rearrange other appliances to accomodate it. I hope designer can consider longer wires for next model as Malaysian kichen layout normally quite parallel and horizontal in nature which usually stove, oven, refrigerators etc are next to each other and not stack up near the sockets.

Worst microwave ever

We brought this not even 6 months ago and since day one it has sucked. If you enjoy half of your food molten hot and the other half still frozen, this is the appliance for you. 2 minute noodles take 5 minutes. It's also super noisey and the plate comes off all the time. Cheers samsung 😆

Wouldn’t rate it

Instructions including online manual were incomprehensible. As soon as I turned the power on an error code appeared and the troubleshooting answers were mostly the same. Power off start again. There is a child lock on the control panel and this wouldn’t move so I have arranged return as obviously faulty control panel. I wasn’t at all impressed with it. Might be the reason it’s in the sale.

£400 microwave, only lasted 2 years!

Samsung customer service said it is out of the 1 year warranty and therefore not their problem. They provided the contact details of a technician to whom I need to pay £125 plus cost of spares to repair it. So potentially £550 for a very poor quality product. Customer service also suggested that I could buy a new one (another £300 as they will give me 25% off for being a loyal customer!) You can only imagine my outrage to the suggestion of buying this most expensive and short lasting microwave again! I am appalled by the quality of Samsungs home appliance. I believe when Samsung sell a microwave at a premium price, the product itself should be of premium quality too.
