This product arrived damaged, one of the bezels was bent. The process to return was so horrible and agonizing. It was outside the 15 day return window by 1 day (because it was a christmas gift), and I had to argue with them for a long while to finally allow me to return it.Nowhere in the process was there an apology for sending a defective product. Don't buy this from Samsung - I am deeply regretting my decision

I wish I would've read the reviews on this before I bought it. It is overpriced and terrible quality. It arrived with two pieces broke in half since it is very thin and cheap plastic. Returning it has been an absolute nightmare. I've spent hours on the phone and have been passed around. Still trying to get a resolution. Avoid.

i bought this bezel for $90(bundled w/tv).as seen in photos the package arrived dented, two longer pieces of the bezel were broken. it was not securely packaged and other reviews have had same issue on samsungs amazon acct.i called samsung and after 40 minutes, being transferred back and forth between multiple departments, they had me re-order the bezel at full price, $200, saying i will be refunded my original amount and then they will go back and price match my new order to what i payed before plus a 10% discount ($81), wahoo… hoping it works out smoothly so i don’t have to call back or receive another broken bezel. can’t believe they couldn’t ship out a new bezel right away and instead we have to go through this whole process. this may be the first item i’ve ... This is a disappointing product made even worse by absolutely horrible customer support. The bezel I received was warped and incorrectly cut. Despite following the directions exactly, the pieces did not line up and there were unsightly noticeable gaps at the seams. We purchased a bezel 3 years ago for a different tv in our home and it does not have these issues.I spent 2 hours chatting with customer care and was passed around to several different departments. Images are photoshopped. The bezel is not as tight as depicted. It comes in 4 plastic pieces with magnets. Very easy to install, but also very easy to tell that it is 4 pieces.
Someone should investigate Samsung for this level of fraud. The audacity to charge this amount of money for such a cheap product is mind-blowing. The only thing worse might be that we all fell for it. If you haven't made this mistake yet, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. To say this was a waste of my money is a massive understatement.
Teak looks nice, it is cheap plastic, but is still OK from a distance. The corner fasteners supplied will not stay in place - they just fall out. Giving up on them (but they don't seem totally necessary).Don't understand what the holes are for underneath, you have to put little plastic plugs in the holes, and the plugs are black! Why not make them the same colour as the frame - or not have holes at all? They are recessed, so you don't see them (unless your TV is up high).
Looks great! Easy Install! Install took under 5 minutes and fit perfectly on 85” Samsung Frame TV. The white made a HUUUGE difference in appearance of TV and how much it stood out against wall. With a cream color wall the Tv seems to just blend in to our living room instead of a big Tv sticking out like a sore thumb. 10/10
I bought this item less than a month ago. My item arrived damaged, with all the bezels bent and broken. The customer service experience was terrible. They refused to offer a replacement or refund because it was outside their 15-day return window (which is shorter than the usual 30 days). I was passed around between departments with no resolution. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your money and time on this.
if you ordered the modern teak bezel expecting the color to be similar to what was called beige (2020) you’re going to be disappointed as this cheek color frame is much darker and has a green/ gray hue to it. if hanging on a wall with other art that is natural or light wood frame including earlier samsung the frames in beige this teak frame doesnt blend in nor does it pop in a good way. also finding that some art doesnt look as good as it could b/c of the darker gray/green tone. bring back beige please. guess for now white is the only other option.
