Samsung 9kg/6kg AddWash Smart Washer Dryer Combo WD90T554DBW

I love the machine! BUY IT! Drying doesn't need ventilation! MIND BLOWN! It's amazing, but It's not true AI! It doesn't recalibrate if you don't follow recommended weight for the washing setting! Very disappointed! I noticed this when I put 7kg using Quick 15 setting. This made me question AI - which is supposed simply add more water if weight is larger than 2kg...YES, I'm not reasonable putting 7kg! But I'm over washing for 1 over! I want it done in 18. That's clean enough! Otherwise, it's an amazing machine. It looks amazing and works amazing! Thank You Samsung

In theory this machine is great, a year and half after purchasing I’m regretting my choice. Decided to splurge on a washer/dryer combo after my washing machine of 8 years retired. I noticed from the start how often I would have to complete drum clean( basically every week) and clean out the lint build up. The inside of the door was basically covered. However, I could put that up to the price I had to pay for the time saved on waiting and transferring washing. Last month our machine started to make a noise that can only be described as a cross between a lawn mower and airplane mid take off. Two weeks later the machine was repaired and back! Two cycles in the same noise was once again coming from the machine. Same guy came out and said that the concrete had smashed up a plastic casing part and needed to be ordered and repaired. I have now concluded that my first buy from Samsung will be my last(the kicker is that when you call to ask for a repair they do offer a discount code, how awkward!)

This is an honest review written by a Samsung staff member who purchased this product. I bought this a month ago and it's such smart piece of machine. AI Technology works wonders for me, recommending what type of wash due to live weather conditions is a great feature, also tracking your wash while on the the go via Smart Things App. Only downfall for me was we couldn't find out how to power on/off through smart things app which allowed me to manually turn it off/on. Well Done Samsung.
