I've had this for a week and I am amazed by the results of this cordless vacuum! I have pets and the power and removal of the hair on carpets is so satisfying I actually enjoy vacuuming. It is a bit pricey and keep in mind the battery time is up to an hr that's for both batteries on low level. So average time per battery for me is 20mins for mid range power which is enough power. Providing cleaning is kept up to date I'd highly reccommend this vacuum as the power and ease of this vacuum reduces the time it takes to still complete the same work as a standard powered vacuum reducing cleaning time in general. The dock is an extra bonus! So convenient and health conscious. The attachment dock is also very handy and each peice is useful for different purposes.

Also in the box is a handy tool station which allows you to store all your tools away nice and tidy and using the carry handle, move them around the house with you. There is also a section to recharge your battery. Just plug the charger into the tool station and place your battery into the designated slot and leave it to charge.The dust canister appeared to be quite small and i thought it would require emptying after every room, but I was surprised with how much hoovering I could get done before the need to empty. Which brings me on to the cleaning station. It is very simple to use, you place a bag inside to collect the dust. You simply place the vacuum on the top of the cleaning station, you will feel it slot in nicely and press the button on the front. This automatically sucks the dust from the vacuum into the bag. When removing the vacuum from the station the bottom of the dust canister will be open and occasionally a small amount of dust will drop from it, also be sure to close it before next use. You can also leave the vacuum stood on the cleaning station as another way to charge the battery. For me personally, I felt the cleaning station to be a bit of a gimmick, it was good and did what it said. But at the same time, I felt like I was wasting time a little emptying the vacuum into the cleaning station and then emptying the cleaning station. I would just prefer to empty the vacuum. The aim is to reduce the dust flying everywhere, and it does for the most part eliminate this, but personally I would just rather have the dust bag fit into the vacuum and do away with the station. It was quite large and while it did have quite a sleek design to it, it was just stood there, taking up space in the corner of the room. I think that would be my only downside to the vacuum and all its extras it comes along with. Everything else I really enjoyed about the vacuum and thoroughly enjoyed using it.

One press and your device is cleaned, with the contents sucked into the removable dustbag, ready to go again.On to the vacuum……this is a light and very manoeuvrable piece of kit and is so easy to use. One press of the on button and away you go. There are 4 settings, Low, Mid, Max and Jet. Each is more powerful than the other but also draining on the battery. The default setting is Mid when you switch on, which gives you around 30 mins use from a full charge. Max is roughly 20 mins and Jet around 9 mins. The digital display on the handle gives you the time left before the battery needs to be charged again. A quick button press gives you more or less power, depending on your requirements. I went with the Max setting to start with and was surprised at how light and quiet it was as I went around the room. At first, I thought there was something wrong as it didn’t feel like it was sucking up anything until I looked in the dust compartment and saw everything there! It had picked up quite a bit in that short time of use. Then I switched it to Jet mode and it showed how powerful it was. The only downside to this selection is it is quite draining on the battery. The vacuum comfortably picks up on Mid or Max so there is no worry of the battery running out mid hoovering. With a 2nd battery included the house will look spotless in no time!.It’s very comfortable to hold and use, especially with its hose and adjustable settings. This makes a huge difference in cleaning, stopping the need to stoop or bend. The change in swapping attachments is a smooth process, as much as a simple clip and you’re done. There are several attachments to use and you can quickly change from one to the next in an instant. Even rapidly changing from the extended hose to using it as a small handheld device for those awkward areas. The only downside I found is that the thin extending tool didn’t really work as well unless the jet mode was used, causing quicker battery drain. This was a very minor quibble so nothing really to worry about. The vacuum comes with a “mop” extension for hard floors. Again, a simple click on/off with the different heads and attach the pads. It really is that easy! The clip-on wipe pads work fast and effectively to clean floors and there is a refillable water container that fits neatly inside if more moisture is required. Saving this much time over a regular mop makes this part of the cleaning process a breeze, and definitely not a chore! There are even moisturised disposable wipes included for extra handiness. You can comfortably exert enough pressure to scrub hard to clean areas that may occur throughout.Once everything is completed and your vacuuming/mopping is done, it is just a case of just placing your vacuum onto the stand and pressing the empty button! The digital display tells you what percentage the battery is at and there is a small LED light on the battery that goes from red to orange and then green when fully chargedThis is a fantastic piece of kit. It looks stylish, feels so light and comfortable to use and really is a joy from start to finish. I never thought I’d say that about a vacuum cleaner!!!
I absolutely love this vacuum cleaner, it is powerful and practical, it has three suction settings, Jet being the highest of them all.It works well on carpet, rugs, wood and vinyl flooring.Having a dog I found it collected the fur well and did not wrap around the brush.To empty the cylinder you place it onto the stand where with one push of a button it completely cleans it out, almost like a hoover for a hoover, pretty genius!It comes with an attachment stand which i like alot because I love to have a place for everything, this gives you that option and really helps with space saving.I have managed to hoover a reasonable sized four bed house without the need to recharge during use.Dust bags are included and easy to install.Highly recommended

With our previous vacuum, the long black hair from my German Shepherd tangled round the beater bar and needed dismantling each time it was used. The vacuum ignored the fluffy hair my cat left behind. Ideally you would get a couple of extra towelled pads in the pack as we needed to wash/rinse these after every room – an extra set or two would make things easier. The disposable pack was ok, & you can flip them & use the back side, but they don't last very long & if you have a lot of uncarpeted floors like we do I could see it becoming expensive to rely on these.We couldn't really get on with the Animal head brush. It's not mentioned in the manual & we couldn't really see a use for it. We used it on the carpet where the dog lays, so it can end up covered in a lot of shed hair, & we found it just got really tangled up. The few times we used it we ended up cutting hair off the roller, so gave up in the end. I'm not sure if it's not supposed to be for carpets, but since the manual doesn't even mention it I can't see it being something we'd bother with.The crevice tool, & adjustable tools work just as you'd expect - the extending crevice tool is great for getting into narrow hard to reach places.The real bonus in the box though, is the cleaning station. It makes emptying the hoover so easy. After 10 days using the hoover daily, in a 5 bedroomed house we hadn't even half filled the bag in the station. The only slight niggle is that you have to remember to close the hoover canister when you've used the cleaning station, & ensure it's fully clicked shut. A couple of times when we 1st got it, it hadn't quite latched closed & popped open whilst being used, dropping the bin contents. This was only for the first few uses though. We quickly got used to it & it didn’t happen again.Good PointsIt feels like a really premium vacuum. Much better quality than our current hoover. It's actually very nice to use.The cleaning station - no mess, no missing the bin & dropping bits all over the floor.The best hoover we've tried for pet hair. It copes equally well with long dog hair & floaty cat hair. Not once had to be dismantled to clean the roller.Tool changing is quick. The parts fit together & feel reassuringly solid.Mop attachment – not having to get out a separate machine, or faff with a bucket & mop is welcome. A little cleaning fluid in the reservoir & the mops do a great job.The extending crevice tool was great, one of those things you never knew you needed til you got it.Bad pointsThe manual isn't great. The parts identification list isn't clear. It looks like it was designed in colour and then printed in black and white so it’s difficult to identify each part.Some of the descriptions for the tools aren’t clear and the animal head isn’t even mentioned.Animal head got tangled with fur every time we used it. This was disappointing.It’s that good, we don’t want to give it back! Disappointed that we can’t buy it after having trialled it.Probably the best thing we can say about this hoover is that it’s that good, we’re going straight out to buy one. Very impressed.
I love love this cleaner! Not only is it light weight and so easy to manage it is built in a way that easily glides under furniture without having to get down low the main head is not bulky like a lot of others! The cleaners suction easily moves from carpet to rugs to hard floors without power loss and the heap filter cleans without the dust particles escaping. The attachment station is amazing. Apart from charging a spare battery although the running time is exceptional, the attachments are all there not stored away in a cupboard that you never use. Its a fantastic initiative. By far the cleverest thing I found was the docking station which not only empties every last ounce of dust and debri from the vacuum but also cleans the rubbish barrel back to looking new! ... MoreI love love this cleaner!
