I've had this vacuum for a week now and it's a delight to use - it looks and feels super-premium, and the regular head (Jet Dual Brush) works so well on all of my flooring (including my dark engineered hardwood, which is very prone to scratching) that I haven't had to use the slim LED brush yet (it's way easier to do the whole house when you don't have to worry about switching heads). I'm hoping the waste bag doesn't need changing too often, but in reality I'm prepared to put up with it however often that happens because I'm enjoying the vacuum so much overall. It's surprisingly hard to find a good vacuum (especially given the somewhat fussy surfaces in my house, coupled with stairs and a natural aversion to loud/whiny noises) and this is by far the best one I've ever had. It's reasonably light and manoeuvrable, and reasonably quiet/not annoying from a sound perspective.My only little gripe is that the 'green' is not very green at all, I was hoping it would be like the photos on the website but in reality it's much more sedate and you probably wouldn't really notice it's green at all if you weren't looking for it (it's more of a general dark greyish look) - possibly if you have it in a really bright spot it would be more apparent. But not a deal-breaker by any means.I must note that I bought this on extreme discount through the Samsung Education Store (about half the RRP) and that has certainly impacted my purchase decision, and therefore also influenced my review - I never would have paid $1400 for any vacuum (that's crazy money) but if you're rich or don't care (or are able to take advantage of a sale or discount offer like I did) then I absolutely recommend this machine. Anything that makes cleaning both easier and feel a little bit luxurious (without any major niggles) is a big yes from me.

We bought this vacuum over a month ago from Samsung. Previously owned a Dyson vacuum which stopped working (also did not like it much due to its heaviness and lack of accessories). We absolutely love the Samsung! We can thoroughly vacuum our whole house and still have left over battery time. The vacuum is so lightweight, making it perfect to carry up and down stairs and vacuum in hard to reach places. The vacuum is powerful and is great for picking up after our little one’s mess! I am so happy with all the accessories the vacuum comes with, it allows for the most thorough clean. The design of this vacuum was really thought out well by Samsung. Because of how well this vacuum is designed, I will definitely switch over other appliances to Samsung.

I bought this vaccum in December 2023 after extensive research saying it was better than the dyson, and the sales lady at Harvey Norman saying it was the bomb over the dyson.What a massive dissapointment! I have expensive, thick cut pile carpet and I can literally only use it on low setting. My Dyson V10 animal leaves this for dead. The amount the samsung has sucked up since December has only filled 1/2 the bag-even though it never seems to suck all the dust out-my dyson would pick up quadtriple that in that time frame-so that tells me that the Samsung isnt good suction. The battery does not last the hour as advertised, there are way too many accessories, it just about needs its own cupboard to store it all. Charging pin socket of the accessories cradle is not easily accessible, as it is hidden bit deep underneath the base of the accessories cradle.
