After using one year the product works fine. Now I am changing the dustbin bag and using the second one. It does captures all the dust well except hair. On the other hand because the dustbin is transparent plastic and it is so flimsy and fragile, it broke after one year usage. The clip bit broke off. I am lodging warranty claim and hopefully it could provide a changeover or a look into the design flaw for the transparent plastic bin with a fragile easily broken part after 1 year of light usage.

I received this clean station from Samsung for product testing.Well I was very intrigued about the cleaning station, I loved the way it sucked the dirt away and it was nearly mess free. The cute little bags were great and actually held alot more than I first thought. I used the hoover and clean station for 7 days, with a family of two adults and two messy children and 2 dogs. I never filled the bag up.The downside is, it only came with one of the emptying pots, so if one was being cleaned. I had to wait. The lead is quite short, I have an old council house, so plugs are few and far between. It runs on electricity, which isnt so great at the moment. But I don't reckon it uses alot a day perhaps 1p to 2p an hour according to my smart meter.I found a little bit ... MoreI received this clean station from Samsung for product testing.Well I was very intrigued about the cleaning station, I loved the way it sucked the dirt away and it was nearly mess free. The cute little bags were great and actually held alot more than I first thought. The removal of filters are really easy.It is a nice addition to the jet 60 samsung hoover but I wouldn't say it's a necessity.

The idea of the clean station is brilliant, but the product itself is rubbish. If anyone in the house has hair longer than a short haircut, it cannot be emptied in the clean station. Instead the hair wraps around the filter in the canister and no matter how many times you put it in the clean station it cannot get sucked out. I need to keep knitting needle next to the clean station to try to hook out the stuff the clean station leaves behind (which is about half). The inability of the clean station to empty the canister also reduces the suction ability of the vacuum. After spending $1000.00 on the vacuum & clean station I am so disappointed, this is the worst vacuum system I have owned.

Honestly, purchased the Clean Station just over a year ago with my Jet90 and absolutely loved it. Never thought I would find it useful, but it worked great and really made the post-vacuum clean-up a breeze. However, about two months ago, the plastic lip on the dust bin canister compatible with the Clean Station broke and I have been in a continuous loop with customer service trying to get a replacement, which SURPRISE(!), is apparently impossible. Between the parts store telling me they do not carry a replacement canister and I have to go through Samsung to Samsung support telling me I either need to contact the parts store, Best Buy, or re-purchase a clean station. I've effectively been without the use of my Clean Station now for several months. I've effectively been without the use of my Clean Station now for several months. Although I love my Jet90 and the idea of the Clean Station, I wish I'd spent the money on a different vacuum instead because the hassle this has caused is just not worth it. So if you buy this and have no issues with the canister, this should be a great purchase. But just be wary if something should break.
I've seen a few reviews on the Samsung Clean Station that day it doesn't hold much. That gave me reason to be cautious with my purchase. But after using fur about a month, I am very happy with this purchase!I bought it on sale for 50% off, which was the main reason for getting this unit. I paired it with the Jet 70 Pet vac, also 50% off.The Clean Station comes with two receptacle bags to store the connects of the vacuum cup. When the vacuum cup is full, you simply pop it off the vacuum, open the lid on the Clean Station and place the cup in the opening and it does the rest. The suction automatically starts once the cup is inserted and it uses a cyclonic vacuum to suck and push air several times to dislodge the dirt and dust and contents of the dust cup into the dust bag in the Clean Station.I use the vacuum daily, sometimes twice daily, as I have 2 short hair dogs that shed constantly as well as bring dust and dirt from outside. After a month i have yet to fill up one filter bag!Pros: Easy to use! Bags are easy to change. No dust floating around from emptying the dust cup into the trash.Cons: Bags are expensive (5 pack is $40 directly through Samsung and off brands for a little cheaper from other sources). Not an issue for me because of the convenience factor and sanitary factor. Depends on how often you need to vacuum and empty the dust bin.
Bought the Jet 90 Complete w/cleaning Station in September 2021. Everything went very well until about 10 months into ownership. As many here have stated, the Cleaning Station began to loose it suction and having to physically loosen/remove nothing but lint and collected dust became a "dirty" issue. Then last month, January 2023, the Clean Station on/off button stuck and the unit failed to engage. It's called "PLANNED OBSELENCE". These devices are designed, engineered to fail shortly before or after the warranty period! (Case in point: Family member worked for Samsung in the TV repair division and told me after leaving the company that the 32" Flat Screen TV's, and possibly more sizes, had two blue capacitors that were designed to fail 2-4 years into ownership. If your TV failed, take the back off and you will see these two capacitors. The look like they are about to explode! Sure enough, ours failed, no power and I took the back off and there they were, bulging like Jabba The Hutt's belly!) So I am not surprised that this "Cleaning Station" failed just 16 month into ownership. I should have bought the extra warranty, which I do on all our electronic acquisitions currently. Now, I will get this little cute and empathetic response that they want to discuss this with me. Why, it doesn't work, my warranty has expired and the above is just what I stated, PLANNED OBSELENCE!!! It is now JUNK!
i bought the jet 90 and rhe cleaning station. i have called several times about the dustbin on my machine and that was within a few months of owning it. i was disappointed that they could not help with the the dustbin on the cleaning station. they kept sending me the wrong product. after months of struggling i ended buying a new dustin bin only for rhat one to end up having the same issues. the little plastic around rhe top seem to always break. for a vacuum that cost around almost $800 with the cleaning station should be more that effective especially cause it samsung. i love samsung products and always have high regard but i am very disappointed in the vacuum. i feel like i should upgrade to the bespoke.
Does a great job eliminating the dust spreading in the air from emptying the cannister. If you own pets, you will probably find that after the first cycle, you will have to pull some of the clumped up hair out manually. The hinge of the flap that drops to empty seems to be culprit the majority of the time for those clumps of hair to stay in the cannister. Not too much of a hassle though as a lot of the dustiness has already been sucked out with the first cycle. Just lift the cannister a little, pull the hair out and let drop in clean station, replace cannister on station and do another cycle. These clean stations are the main reason i chose samsung stick vac over the competition. I have not been disappointed with the performance of the clean station or the jet 90 stick vac.I would have normally rated this 4 stars, with a 1 star drop for the hair clumps not being sucked out. The 1 star rating is because you cannot find bags apparently. I saw previous reviews from like 6 months ago stating the same thing. Where i thought they must have them in stock by now. But I cannot seem to find them. Samsung site is out of stock and amazon doesn't have any. I also could not find any generic ones on amazon for this either.
This unit was bought in conjunction with the Samsung vacuum cleaner that had a dust catcher attachment that had to be used especially for the Clean Station leaving the dust canister bought with the vacuum cleaner somewhat useless, as it cannot be used in the Clean Station. By itself, with manual emptying of the cannister, without using the Clean Station, is OK too. So, used the Clean Station for the first time and found the following. The dust bag took a lot of fiddling to get the catch to close and locked when placed inside the bag area. OK. The special dust canister placed inside the Clean Station didn't empty at all, even with a second and third try. Each try the Clean Station took 5 suction attempts to empty it. The dust bag took a lot of fiddling to get the catch to close and locked when placed inside the bag area. OK. The special dust canister placed inside the Clean Station didn't empty at all, even with a second and third try. Each try the Clean Station took 5 suction attempts to empty it. Later realised it may have been my fault as the top dust level on the canister was marked only at the halfway point on the canister plastic, leaving another 50% area that can fill, HOWEVER, then the canister doesn't empty at all, once you go over that full mark. Once the bag was full, the blue light, which is supposed to turn red to tell you that the bag is full, didn't turn red but continued on as a blue colour. Removed the full bag and then again tried to replace it with a new bag to find the catch refusing to close and lock again. So much that I then took it to Samsung's repair shop at Keswick. It took two weeks for them to get back to me, saying that the unit was operating within normal expectations but the technician had little experience with the unit's operating and had no idea why the blue light on the front of the machine didn't turn red when the bag was full. Even though there was an obvious fault, I was then charged $66 even though the unit was 3 weeks old and still under warranty, for the technician to check over the unit. The proviso was that nothing was found wrong with the machine, even though the indicator light didn't work properly, which the technician agreed could be happening. So home it came and still the light doesn't turn red and I now empty the canister when half full, otherwise, I have to pick out the hair and dust particles myself. Very annoying. While I found the above annoying, the unit concept is itself very convenient, which is the only good point I find so far. Had I known that I was going to have these troubles, even with Samsung failing to honour their warranty obligations, I certainly would not have paid out for the unit.
This vacuum is pretty awesome. Except for 3 things. First issue, suction isn't great unless on Max setting. Second is the battery life isn't very good, and lastly the docking station only holds 2 small attachments and 1 battery, so you have to store the other attachments and spare battery elsewhere. With a full charge I get maybe 15 minutes, even on medium setting. Maybe I just got a bad battery. But it's something to note. With that said. This vacuum is super handy, looks really nice, easy to maneuver, super light, and is good for basic stuff although it's not great on carpets or picking up stuff any bigger than a crumb without being on max setting (so clean time is very limited)Also note: extra attachments and battery replacements are very expensive.
